R.Kelly plans to finish and release the album Michael Jackson was working on before his tragic death.
Kelly is convinced that after previously working with Jackson, he would have picked Kelly to carry out recording and releasing his next album.

Kelly says:
"I recorded five joints for Michael Jackson (in the past). And we had been talking on the phone about his new album, and I was going to finish what Michael was doing at the time. We're going to get it out, though. Michael liked the way I would try to sing the songs just like him."

Actually whenever Kells writes for someone, he sings the track imitating them so that singer can hear the song with the music. He did this for Mike and Mike loved it on You Are Not Alone. This was also made public back when that song 1st came out. Perez you MAY no gossip but stay out of the studio. With technology these days even JLo sold and regardless to how you feel about him, Kells can sing and write. His completing the project would bring income to Mike's estate and he is great at his craft. This is not personal it is business and MJ is not spinning, he and Kells were good friends. As for the person asking where Kells has been. He is a writer first, the bulk of his work is behind the scenes.
Excuse me, but Kells already written numerous hits for MJ. So despite yall's opinions, R Kells is a super writer and producer and MJ admired him.
