Dr. Phil Losing His Touch! And His Staff!!!

According to the National Enquirer, the Dr. Phil show is holding on for dear life with a mad man at its core.
The TV shrink abruptly fired 30 employees, turning his already understaffed show into a "sweatshop."
"It's a mess over at Dr. Phil's," said a source. "It used to be the premier talk show to work for when he started in 2002, but now it's a wreck."
Once staffing 250 employees, the show is now down to 100 and it shows!
"Every season his ratings get lower and lower," continues the insider. "Last season's were the worst, and he has no one to blame but himself."
At his most popular in 2005, Dr. Phil has 7.2 million viewers, but he's now dragging in only 2.5 million.
It's only a matter of time before the show canceled and we'd love to see Dr. Phil get excited about HIS life!

I've never really seen the show, but I've seen the guy on interviews, and he comes off like a bit of a douche…THEN when I found out he was pushing a "Dr. Phil" diet plan….well obviously the man is deluded.
People are sick of listening to that fuckin' bully… Reminds me of a Baptist preacher. Don't want to listen to those fucking assholes either. If they're the people who are going to be in Heaven, who the fuck wants to go?
I hate his show.. he doesn't help or give good advice he just yells and acts like a bully. He isn't even a real psychiatrist at all and when his wife kept showing up trying to give advice too that was it.. i quit watching. Jerry springer gives better advice!!!

WTF do 250 people do working for a talk show? The production people can be shared with other shows.If they can't produce that show with 100 people on the direct staff they can't be working that hard.There seems to be an endless supply of rednecks who want to air their dirty laundry on TV in exchange for a free trip.

I stopped watching him many years ago when he became Sally Jesse Raphael.
Dr. Phil - at first he appeared genuine and credible but the Brittney Spears foot in mouth event and throwing his guests under the bus too many times - that added to countless self help books from the family - well enough is enough - for God's sake does an entire family write self help books - what next's his daughter in law will tell me how to add crap loads of frosted hair extensions to my head…please.

Yeah, like nobody saw this coming. The douchebag isn't even a real doctor (yes I'm serious, look it up).
His family has become somewhat of a cult of know it alls if you ask me. He's always pushing his book, his wifes book, his sons book, diet crap. he's not even a doctor so I don't know why people listen to his advice. I coudn't believe he had the audacity to show up at the hospital to talk to Britney Spears! He thought he'd just saunter in and she'd fall all over him asking for help. He was trying to take advantage of the situation for his own fame. That was obvious. I was glad she told him to fuck off and get out!! What an egomaniac that guy is!
Word on the street is that Mr. Phil McGraw is not good to production staff/crew. He barely acknowledges sound and camera crew and is generally not to nice to them. On the other hand, Oprah is known to be very genuine and take the time to learn people's names and look them in the eye when she is talking to them and treat the people who work for her with respect. When you don't behave well, Karma will come and get you.
