Witnesses recall seeing Eric and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, allegedly snorting cocaine at a Hollywood party a few years back. The source suggests that it was Rebecca, not Eric, who was most eager for the white stuff: "I think Eric and Rebecca were there to get high. It didn't take long before she asked where the coke was. They went into another room and started snorting lines of cocaine. I watched them do it."

Whats interesting about Rebecca Gayheart being in the middle of all of this drug-related drama is that back in 2001 she struck and killed a 9 year old boy with her car because she was too impatient to wait for him to cross the street while the cars in front of her permitted him to cross. I am curious as to whether or not a drug test was performed after this incident, since she settled out of court during the wrongful death suite and was only given 3 years probation, a suspended license and a fine for the criminal suite. It is sad that this boys family has to deal with losing a son and I'm sure her only concern was how the situation gave her bad publicity.
