Twilighters: There's LOTS Of Action In Eclipse
So maybe your boyfriend won't mind too much when you drag his lame, non-vampire (or werewolf) behind to the movie theater to see it a dozen times.
Most of you are aware that production is well underway for the latest installment of Twilight. All of the actors have made their way up to Vancity to begin filming, as well as training for the elaborate fight scenes from the end of the book.
Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper Hale, one of the vampire Cullen brothers, has revealed that not only will fans get to see the epic throw-down Eclipse is know for, but also some of Jasper's early fights during the Civil War - as a human and a vampire! (For those of you who don't know, Jasper is a 166 year old Civil War veteran.)
Along with those sequences, there are also scenes where the Cullens will fight each other, in preparation for the coming of an onslaught of newborn vampires.
Jackson explains:
"There's a lot of cool scenes where Jasper trains the Cullen family on how to fight the newborns. He gets to train Emmett — and Emmett is a born fighter — so he's telling Emmett all these techniques, and Emmett thinks he could just best Jasper [during their sparring]. Jasper ends up getting the best of him, because it's a war mentality, not just a street brawl. It's about thinking ahead; it's a chess game. "
Sounds like just the kind of stuff Twilight fans are after - hot scenes with hot vampires!
But now we wonder…

Eclipse because New Moon wasn't as good of a book as Eclipse was. My favorite book was Breaking Dawn though

Eclipse is my favorite book……I skipped the middle section of New Moon…….I eventually went back and read it…….I'm more into the vampires than the wolves!….there just wasn't enough Edward in New Moon for me!

I'm looking forward to new moon. When the reading the books I was kind of over the whole twilight experience by then, and just wanted to get it over and done with. I do think Jason is way hotter than Robert. Robert looks like a drunken boxer. He isn't going to age that well…

Definetly ECLIPSE! New moon is gonna be great, but I'm really wishing to see what's going on at the third statement of the saga, which is actually, my fave book. There are amazing romantinc scenes as exciting fight and action scenes so…. I can't wait to see ECLIPSE

NEW MOON, it SO over dramatic but it more girly i guess because its more sad and heart breaking, and TAYLOR and bella is alone and TAYLOR and it makes you cry and such and its like the best book in the series i guess ishh. eclipse was kinda boring…well not really but the whole tribal stories part was uber boring i didnt read it till the second time i read the book lol

i am most excited for eclipse for sure. new moon is kinda slow, not really any action. Eclipse is filled with action, a juicy story, more of a conflict between multiple characters, plus you get the background on jasper, who is my favorite character.

Having read all 4 - I think Eclipse will be the best action film - but I am dreading Breaking Dawn as it is too dark for a PG rating (Im assuming that is what it needs to be to allow tweenies to see it?), and it will probably be dumbed down (the sex scenes should be interesting - not quite as described in the book LOL!)
