Kelly Osbourne Prepares To Dance, Also Mourns DJ AM
In the midst of rehearsals for her stint on Dancing With The Stars, Kelly Osbourne took a moment to remember DJ AM during a recent interview. When asked about her reaction to the sudden loss due to drugs, Kelly replied:
"It's a constant reminder that sometimes you don't have control over it. It's really scary because if it can happen to someone like him, it can happen to anyone."
Still, even with her own drug demons haunting her, Kelly pushes on as she prepares for her dancing debut. Kelly admits she is surprised and excited that she said yes to the opportunity:
"It's one of those shows that a lot of people who are trying to revamp their career go into and do. And moody me would be like, oh, that's sad, I'm not doing that. But secretly I'm like, look how fit they get and look at those amazing dresses they get made for them, and they look like they're having so much fun…I'm turning 25 during the show and I just don't want to have any regrets anymore; I just wanna have fun. How many people in the world get an opportunity like this…and get paid for it?"

I don't think her comments speak well about her - she claims to have "no control" over her addiction and "it can happen to anyone." Get a grip girl, not every one is a druggie just like you. Its good that you're taking steps to become healthy.

I'm with you Vicky V!! What is wrong with people?!?! I have seen SO much hate lately by so many spiteful people and for them to say that they wish she would die, is just disgusting to me! She is NOT a tub of lard as some people have said. She made the right moves to lose weight the natural way before this show was even on the books for her - that should be commendable, but there is always someone out there that can never see the positive side of things. I, personally, have seen her as someone who is herself, even though she grew up in the spotlight. That's got to be trying when eyes and cameras are on you so often.
