Spotted: Harry Potter star Emma Watson starting her freshman year at Brown University. Apparently, staying incognito wasn't to high of a priority as she reportedly arrived via helicopter, according to the UK press.

But in a more normal fashion, she appeared to be adjusting well and even made a few friends, which she was seen laughing and hanging out with around campus.

Just watch out for that freshman 15 Emma!

      Re: electromouth – Yeah, it's in reference to the fact that when a lot of people enter their Freshman year in college, they put on 15 pounds just from the change in lifestyle.

      that's so ridiculous, she kept saying 'oh I really do hope they won't treat me differently at college because I'm an actress, I hope I'll just blend in' and now she's arriving with a helicopter… yeah, that sure is a good way to blend in.

      I read that about the helicopter arrival…very odd for someone who has repeatedly said she wants to fly under the radar and be a regular college kid. I know some wealthy families attend Brown, however, I don't think even they're arriving via helicopter.

      I wish the best of luck to Emma. She is such a refreshing change from our usual American born actresses. She has brains, and talent in addition to her beauty.

      Big deal if she did indeed arrive by helicopter. The important thing is that the girl seems to have a good head on her shoulders and is making education a priority. You don't see that too often with young celebrities. The best of luck to Emma.

      YAY EMMA!! Congrats girl! I'm pretty sure if the helicopter thing is true she did it so that she could arrive in the states without the paparazzi finding out. If she came by airplane then they would've been at the airport waiting on her.

      And apparently it worked because she's been in the US for a week and the paps are just now finding out. GO EMMA! :D

      Perez please check Emma's official webste, www.emmawatson.com, and take back the helicopter rumour. I mean on the site Emma has written a note saying that she did not arive in a helicopter, the admission guy for Brown has also reported this. Clearly it's not true and you and the rest of the media are just attempting to make her into something she's not. Out of all the female celebs of this generation I rate her the most highly as a role model, she got accepted to Brown, Harvard, Columbia, Yale and Cambridge, she's a successful actress, she handles herself wonderfully with the media and she takes time to write messages to her fans on her official website. Check with them before you post information about Emma, making her seem spoilt etc, because that is her official website and they know what Emma is up to. Stick to bashing the Lindsays of the world but don't try and pretend Emma is one of them.

      En*ma Watson is going to find living in a dorm and being on campus quite a pain in the as* I suspect before long. She should buy a mansion nearby and helicopter in for classes each day.
