Check out this exclusive new promo featuring the lovely Jennifer Hudson, front and center, who has just been added to the lineup!
Hudson is joining her fellow Idol alums, Kelly Clarkson and Jordin Sparks as well as Miley Cyrus, Leona Lewis and Adele.
Not to be outshone by the "divettes," Sheryl Crow, Cyndi Lauper, Melissa Etheridge and Martina McBride are also slated to perform on the live broadcast airing September 17.

NONE OF THESE SINGERS , HOWEVER, HAVE ENUFF HITS OR ALBUMS UNDER THEIR BELT TO BE ON A DIVAS LIVE SHOW…GOES TO SHOW THE DIVAS LIVE CONCERTS HAVE GONE DOWN JUST LIKE THE QUALITY OF ITS NETWORK: VH1 !
THEY SHOULD BRING TRUE DIVAS TO RESURRECT THIS SHOW…NAMELY THE DIVA OF ALL DIVAS : MARIAH CAREY !! AFTER SHE HAS AN ALBUM COMING OUT THAT WILL SELL MORE THAN ALL THESE "SINGERS" COMBINED !! MARIAH CAREY, THE PLANET'S BIGGEST SELLING AND MOST SUCCESSFUL ARTIST, OF ALL TIMES !!!!

Are any of them really divas? Don't get me wrong I LOVE all of them and their amazing voices (excluding Miley Cyrus) but they don't seem to have 'diva' attitudes like Mariah Carey or anything. They are all great singers but arent divas these 'fierce' singers with super high demands and have been in the game long enough to have those demands?

I love Lewis and Hudson, but "Divas"? The only one I believe who could even go in that category is Hudson.
Miley Is an amazing singer. People are to busy putting her down to listen to her sing. I am sure that if you listen to her sing you would not have the same attitude. Why do people have to conform to an opinion about Miley instead of creating their own.

Kelly Clarkson totally deserves to be there. Her voice is amazing. Jhud,Adele, and leona are great too. As for Miley and Jordin? I have no idea what they're doing there.

Seriously, WTF are all theses losers doing on this show. Just cause you say its gonna be good perez, it's not. You have the musical taste of a shoe. Miley is slutty joke. Great role model. Leona is tooooo new. Has Jordin Sparks or Jennifer hudson have a single number 1 hit? If you add their songs charts up…. does it even come close to anywhere in the top ten? Adele? Adele? Adele? She needs to stop chasing pavements and just fall smack into one. She is not a diva but more of a whale who stole amy winehouse's sound. She didnt originate it but opened the door for all theses talentless imitators. I remember when Vh1's Divas were chart topping Divas. Not something to get the teens watching. This suck. Maybe I'm living in the past…..But NOT ONE of those girls I have seen is a "DIVA" not one of them can do what those other women did.
I am sickened by the music industry. None of the new girl singer of today have any talent. They are all nasty little 16 year old pole dancing whores. I think it’s a shame, they need to wait a little while to “pass the torch” because these girls aren’t it. They all sound the same like computers! They all look the same, there is no difference. You can’t even tell their voices apart!
Madonna, Tina, Whitney, Mariah, Cher, Celine, Pattie…….Look at those names their songs were timeless, this new shit doesn’t hold a candle to it.

I, too, don't understand what Miley Cyrus is doing up there. She struggles singing live. Her voice sounds thin even after its been worked through in the studio. I get that different vocalist have different skill sets and still can be enjoyed. Hell, I love love love Taylor Swift but I can admit that live performances are not her strong suit. What I am surprised about is that unless she is planning to lip sync, won't Miley feel stupid singing live next to some of the other "diva" voices. It kind of reminds me of the time Paula Abdul refused to get up and sing her songs with the AI contestants. Probably because she knows singing wasn't her strongest selling point and she'd look stupid next to their voices. I'm just surprised Miley even wants to stand there and be compared to them.
