Tyra Gets Real! Shows Off Her Natural Hair

We've been mentioning for a while now that Tyra Banks would be debuting her real hair on the season premiere of her talk show.
And the diva has done just that!
Tyrannosaurus opened the new season of The Tyra Banks Show rocking her real, au naturel hair.
And we have exclusive pics of the transformation! Check out her "before" snapshot above.
Tyra then gets her hair trimmed and rocks her real hair on stage. And we've gots to say, we love it!
We were expecting it to be real short, but - as you can see - Tyra has long, luxurious locks!

It is still long and "pretty" whatever your defintion of "pretty" hair is as far as African American terms. She is just another beautiful black woman who wear weaves when they have long hair already. I don't see any kind of "bigshock" here. Show me a woman who naturally has shorter kinkier hair and THAT would be a milestone.

Big subject matter getting a LOT of attention now amongst "Sisters" is ditching the relaxers and going with a natural Nap 'do. (however long the hair is). A lot of black women are going back to their natural "roots", and I couldn't be happier for them!! A beautiful 'fro is a thing of beauty.
