With the recent burial of Michael Jackson at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, real estate around the King of Pop has gone up almost $2,000-$3,000 for some spots! That makes the vacant spots at least $9,000.

Dayum!!!

According to the cemetary, "When a high-profile person comes in, it can affect the prices of the surrounding plots."

Creepy.

Looks like Marilyn Monroe is going to have some stiff competition!!
