I was recuperating from double pneumonia over the Memorial Day weekend and watched TLC's 2-day rerun of all the J&K episodes. The woman is a famewhore (to use your words) and he tried his hardest to satisfy and pacify her but she is as nasty tempered as anyone I have ever seen. I grew to hate her by the end of two days. I cannot believe he lived with her for 10 years! Prostituting her own children was HER idea; Jon had a job that he liked when the show started and she took care of THAT. Even recently, when he was showing her he was fed up, she still inquired of him (when he suggested refrigerated drawers in the lower cabinets of the newly renovated kitchen) "What planet do you live on!" Then when the designers explained to the dumb bitch that this was a way of keeping the kiddies out of the big fridge she looked a bit apologetic but not really. And the haircut is so 1984! Fugly.
