Where do you get your info from? The Answer Book for Angry Americans? You're in no position to define others as ignorant. What a tosser. Re: Wunderlust
You called me a tosser? So are you even an american? Or are you just another Euro looking to turn the USA into another European style Social Democracy with their standard excessive taxation, stagflation and unsustainable debt levels? You euros don't even realize how much worse off you are financially because you have so much more government to fund. In 2-3 years you are going to see how hard it's going to be to pay for all those social programs you've promised when your countries are broke.

      Re: Whatupperez
Read your first comment to me and you'll see you wrote "while you would love to blame the economy all on him, and he is partially to blame, the Democrat controlled Congress is also to thank for giving out loans to people who couldn't afford it which crashed the housing and bank markets". So yes, unfundable, not "refundable", loans are relevant.
And I don't know if you actually watched the speech, but he specifically said, and actually said "let me repeat myself again" to get through his message, that you do NOT have to switch your doctor or private insurer.
And yes, it is true doctors will be paid less, which is unfortunate. But because they were taxed so leniently under the Bush administration for being wealthy, taxes were put onto the low income families who then couldn't get medical care. That was incredibly immoral. Healthcare was and is already expensive because of incredibly corrupt pharmaceutical companies charging people ungodly amounts of money for medicine, let alone medical bills from doctors who already had huge tax breaks. Obama's taxes on the wealthy is incredibly close to that during the Clinton administration, which was a time of an incredibly strong economy with the vast majority of America financially secure. Clinton left office with America having a huge budget surplus. Obama's taxes on the doctors (and other top wealthy people in America) will be a positive on this nation.

Read my first post in this blog tosser. What a strange little twit you are…. Re: Wunderlust

This comment coming fron an abominably unrealistic rufus such as yourself does not make me feel marginalized in the least. For the record, you are an ass and have no clue just how far down the rabbit hole goes in regards to the corruption of our government and our economic system. Yet we are now expected to trust the very government that has helped to bring us to the very precipice we now find ourselves? The USA needs to go back to free market capitalism which we haven't truly had since the late 1800's. No more government; NO MAS! all Obama has done is continue the bailouts started under the phony "conservative" George Bush. All Obama has done is to continue the expansion of the power and size government. FUCK THE GOVERNMENT!

    10. 110

i really think this is great.. for him to be able to admit to his mistakes. to realize that his original plan wasnt for the best. its not something mccain or bush would have done.

    11. 111

Healthcare was and is already expensive because of incredibly corrupt pharmaceutical companies charging people ungodly amounts of money for medicine, let alone medical bills from doctors who already had huge tax breaks.
      Re: natalee777

No, healthcare is expensive thanks to inflation(see Federal Reserve), government interference in the free market via government mandated HMOs and PPOS which was started in the 70's and the Medicare/Medicaid's skewing of healthcare costs.

    12. 112

Re: Whatupperez – Apparently you are one of the people I was talking to. I do not have insurance. I work. My husband works. None of us have insurance. My husband and I cannot afford insurance. I know facts. I need not state them here, on PerezHilton.com (A gossip site). I think you came her to comment on multiple posts to prove your point, which we don't agree with..obviously. I have not read, nor do I care to read your posts. If you wish, take your thoughts on over to the foxnews website, where I'm sure you will be welcome.

      Re: ScotchLove

You can tell many of these people either no nothing about economics or swallow the Keynesian economic theory they've been fed in the government indoctrination centers and the media. Their default is to blame Bush for absolutely everything when the problem goes so much deeper and farther back then they could ever realize. The government lies to us. Anything the government does is ultimately done to benefit itself and to fuck we the people over. For nearly 40 years the baby boomers have been running this dog and pony show and it has nearly brought the USA to it's knees; now we are supposed to trust this very same lackadaisical and hedonist generation to fix what they broke. Truth is, the career pols sold this country out years ago.

    14. 114

Same story different day. All of this is like bad fashions coming back every 20 years. Except it's every 4-years.

    15. 115

Re: zombiekatie – Where was your outrage when Bush was called the same? Give me a break.

    16. 116

Re: Whatupperez – By the way.. I was commenting on others who did have dumb statements regarding heathcare and obama. Looking back at the comments that I was criticizing, none of them were yours. So why are you attacking me? Read over this entire post and see if you can find who I was talking about. Start from the beginning. I generalized about certain people on here. Not one of them was you..I got through maybe 50 messages and felt the need to comment. Surprisingly, with all your comments, I hadn't noticed you yet. So no, I didn't feel the need to have facts. I felt the need to tell people that they are acting ridiculous. I didn't realize how many facts I needed on a gossip blog. I guess now I know.

    17. 117

His speech was amazing. It brought chills to my body and almost brought tears to my eyes. Almost as good as the Cairo speech.

    18. 118

So I guess it's ok for a family to go bankrupt because they can't afford to pay for their childs cancer treament? My aunt just moved out of Kaiser's district and once they found out they refused to cover her anymore and before she could get a new medical insurance plan she had a heart attack and now owes the hospital $80,000. I guess as long as your ass is covered right? Makes me sick that people in this country don't want everyone to be covered. This man is actually trying to help our country, instead of Bush who was so focused on destroying it.

    19. 119

I love how everyone just looks past every lie he tells. I didn't think anyone could be as Bad as Carter - Bush tried and still couldn't be as bad as Carter but if congress is so stupid to pass gov. health care instead of fixing the system we have History will have Obama as the worst! When can we get a president who tells the truth - I think first you should love our country!

    20. 120

      Re: jilly
Nobody is coming to United States because of your healtcare, i mean nobody. In Europe almost everyone has a healthcare, it costs less and delivers the same quality if not better. You don't have to like Obama nor support his plans but please don't spread false information.

    21. 121

Re: SWEETPIECE! – Never right about what? We are a military family. I think I know a thing or two about gov't run healthcare and what a pain it is. I know about being denied things because of medical issues. I know what it is like to have to get approval for a $12,000 a MONTH medicine for a child. I know what it is like to fight for something that your sick child needs only to be turned down. I know what it's like to have a dr. that doesn't give a shit. I know what it's like trying to find a civilian dr. because they don't like to take the low insurance payments from the military medical plan. Like I said, they need to start with the insurance companies and the drug companies.

Re: jewels2207 – We HAD to put Obama in office. Otherwise there would have been a bunch of black riots because of lack of education. Instead of them saying, "may the best man win" they are all playing the stupid, ignorant race card and would claim we're all racists for not putting a black man in office. Thus, the black man in office.

Don't think for a second that wasn't all "carefully crafted." The whites are all being punished for things that happened 200 years ago… and now maybe the blacks will stop playing the race card, or at the very least put more energy into education and mass producing babies to get government benefits.

It's all "carefully crafted" sweetheart. Don't be misguided into believing that the entertainment industry is real…. it is just a way to distract the masses from what's going on in our government.

We should have paparazzi following around our Governors and Senators, not total retards with no clue like Audrina Partridge, Madonna, or Megan Fox.
They are just retarded pawns who want fame… they have no clue what is actually going on.

So I suppose all of us racist republicans need to feed your kids too, huh?
We're not allowed to make money because we're just fucking SMARTER than you? It's not about race, it's about education jack ass, which you obviously wouldn't know about!

It's not about gays and whether or not they should marry, although gay marriage should absolutely be legal. it's ridiculous it's not.. it's about all of the MONEY the Republicans want to keep as their own, which they earned… and you want it so you're saying they're selfish.

Go make some money and then you'll understand how hard it is to get… and then keep.

    36. 136

I dont understand why you cant pay the money you are already paying for health insurance, into a big pot as tax, to have free health care for everyone.

America really is a dog eat dog country and its a shame to see people suffer because they cant afford to have chemo, or have operations.

Thank god for the system in the UK. I do hope it works out for America so it can be a more civilised country.

    37. 137

      Re: mommy
I dont think it would bankrupt the country… think about all the money that is spent on weapons etc. Why dont they spent more money on their own country and not spend it destroying someone elses? :)

you are right about the insurance companies, money grabbers!

    38. 138

And seriously…I HOPE IT HAPPENS THIS YEAR…wow. If something passed it would take at least 10 years to actually go in to effect. Morons.

    39. 139

Re: Whatupperez – I have seen health care improve over the last decade. I am speaking from the point of 1) a disabled nurse with chronic illnesses. Improvements have happened during bush's administration. I can tell you though, the government option is not good. Modelling after Medicare-Obama is nuts. Medicare is one big waste pool. It has gone bankrupt if not for dipping into the SS pool and other bailouts. Doctors NOW take almost 1 year to get paid through medicare. There are other options then straight medicare, through the other insurance co. that offer prescription coverage, so I have no idea what the hell obama was talking about finally paying for seniors meds. THEY have the option already. I have straight medicare because I am disabled. It pays for NOTHING. Luckily,, my husband has insurance, it pays for most things, far more then medicare touches. (medicare does not believe in a lot of things, like fibromyalgia). McCain said it best, We want it (GOP), but we have to start over.

    40. 140

Can't believe those asshole republicans dissing the President like that. They were acting like little school boys. They may as well have shot spit balls at him while at it!
We need health care reform NOW!!!

Oh - and Sarah Palin IS a fucking liar. Go read the bill yourself.

      Re: Cottonquinn – BULLSHIT!

    44. 144

Re: hateliars – Perhaps it had more to do with people buying houses they couldn't afford and the banks that were happy to finance them.
It's ironic that we're happy to fund wars we'll never win but the subject of health care creates economic panic.

Re: Cottonquinn – You really need to move out of that little room (or is it a cell) of yours and see the world. You'll find that most of what you preach so vehemently is grossly incorrect. Time to go back to the prison library and read some more.

    45. 145

I think it's a dilemma. Even if the illegals ruining America don't have health care per se, all they have to do is show up at an emergency room. If the emergency room turns them away they can then sue the hospital for all its worth. Tort reform is a good place to start although somehow I think it is just two words being bandied about.
      -
And hey congressman Wilson, way to represent South Carolina! Not only do they have to deal with the delusional Mark Sanford, now they also have to deal with a thug for a congressman. I'm not saying you were right or wrong in your feelings, but your expressive sense of decorum sucks. Grow up.

    46. 146

No hope, this man is an idiot. He is sitting here saying that we have a problem with medicare and medicaid and saying insurance companies wont do this or do that….why not crack down on insurance companies rather than go and spend more of the countries money on something that isnt going to work!

    47. 147

i'm a person that pretty much stays on the republican end of EVERYTHING, but i have to say that his speech was good and his plan sounds like it could work very well…if done correctly. i've never had to go without health insurance, so i don't know what it is like not to be to go to the doctor or the hospital because i'm not able to afford it. yes, i understand that people that are in the united states illegally use emergency rooms as doctor's office and get away with not paying anything. something needs to be done about it because it's not fair to the citizens of the country to pay for these individuals health bills; especially hospitals in big cities where they are going into debt because they are not getting paid.

    48. 148

we as americans, democrats & republicans, need to stop being so stubborn and come to a crossroads to work together and stop hating each other. it's not high school! instead of nit picking and arguing over everything president obama says, find ways to work with him instead of going on tv and talking shit about him calling him a communist and all of this other absolute nonsense. as a republican i'am utterly embarrassed at some of the things people that are apart of my party are saying. i had the opportunity to travel to europe this summer and guess what? they find us to be stupid for this very reason! for having one track minds and not being able to agree on the most simple issues that make sense to be changed for the greater good of the majority of the people. when this whole issue of health care came up a couple of months ago i thought "why try and change something that is obviously working?".

    49. 149

i've been reading articles about this whole issue and i really feel bad because i have been so sheltered not knowing that many middle class families struggle to pay health insurance, not just low income families! my roommate who comes from the typical family of four that has both families working at jobs where they are making $40,000 each have barely been making ends meet because of the economy, is struggling to pay health insurance. i don't know? i may be only 20 years old and in my third year of college…i might not have enough "life experience" with certain issues, but to me when middle class families cannot afford health insurance that is a problem that needs to be fixed fast.

    50. 150

where are the priorities in this country?! 1. Get out of debt. that shouldnt be a number 8 or 9 on the list.

      Re: natalee777

So let me get this straight. Your quote is admitting that the Democrat Controlled Congress is partially to blame for giving out loans? Is that what your saying? Your making no sense. Second, if I am a diabetic and I have a specific endocrinologist that I already wait 6 months to get into, what do you think having more people in the system will do? You think I'll be able to keep him as my doctor. In Great Britain, people were forced to switch for that reason. Third, you are crazy if you think taxing the wealthy is going to help the economy. Clinton benefited from a Republican Congress and Bush 1 tax cuts. My cousin is a doctor that makes maybe 150,000 a year, he isn't a wealthy doctor. Again, you are loving some liberal manifesto that is far from the reality. There is no reality to this, and lots of inconsistencies.

    53. 153

i agree with some 'Reform' i COMPLETELY disagree with nationalized healthcare. i dont think that is fair. Are all these people clapping going to use this govt provided healthcare? And i love how the 'sit on their ass and live off govt' people werent mention in the pro reform speech. the people that were dropped from insurance with sad stories were mentioned, people that lost their jobs because of the economy were mentioned.. but no.. not all the millions that do nothing and want free healthcare. left out. shocker. give the truth, half the truth, and nothing but half.

      Re: Lindsey87

You say you are educated but if you are going to make an argument back it up instead of making blanket statements. Regardless of whether I am on perez hilton or whatever site, I am going to make an educated statement. As far as making Fox News statements, it is one of many news sites I read to get my information. It might help you to watch it as it is the number 1 rated cable news program in the country, but CNN is good too.

    55. 155

OBAMA IS GOING TO DO WHAT OBAMA IS GOING TO DO TO HELL WITH THE REST OF US ABND IF YOU DISAGREE YOU ARE JUST A RACIST REPUBLICAN. WTF ! HOW CAN THIS NOT COST TAX PAYERS A DIME HE IS A LIAR AND NOT A VERY GOOD ONE.

PEOPLE GET ON IT STAY ON IT AND THEIR KIDS GET ON IT AND THEN THEIR KIDS GET ON IT. ENOUGH WITH THE FREE LOADING ANYONE CAN WORK AT WALMART !!! PERIOD

    59. 159

you know i guess americans are REALLY stupid. after reading the comments on here it sickens me. BUSH was in office for 8 years and did he try to fix the healthcare? NO. do your research, millions of americans die a year without it. and when they do have it, the healthcare providers try to find 1 error they made in the past just so they don't have to pay. if it was up to you guys, america would invade all countries take over the world and help no one, because it's all about the money right? if you don't like obama, get the fuck out of america you fuckheads. a black man becomes president and tries to fix the mess bush did, and you guys find every single little error you can with him to hate on him. maybe you just don't like the idea of a colored president?

    60. 160

Scum! This is full of lies. Now he wants government to run healthcare. How about cleaning up the current problems before screwing up healthcare. He said this will not add a dime to national debt but didn't explain that one! Can we please put a bad over Nancy's head so we aren't subject to her?

      Re: Wunderlust

Did you know President Obama is putting us back into Afghanistan? You seem to love him so I just want to remind you of that as you were lecturing another person on here about funding healthcare? I think it is laughable that you won't admit that the Democrat Congress didn't play any role in what happened in the last two years of the Bush presidency and the depression. To say, one goes without the other is absurd. It's called checks and balances. As to whether or not, Bush could have prevented 911. I am sure you would use Michael Moore's masterpiece to say he was asleep at the switch. Same people that say New Orleans was the fault of Bush, when the Governor and the Mayor were Democrats. What the heck were they doing during Katrina? Mississippi recovered quicker and ironically Republican leadership was the reason.

    66. 166

Re: meghan2457 – You said you may be "only 20" but both your future and America's future lies ahead of you, hun. You're just getting to look around in the adult world and seeing how things work. Sometimes they work well, sometimes they don't. I'm a registered independent because unfortunately there is no "Leather Party" or I'd be the lifetime chair of that, but seriously if you're "only 20" and lucky enough to be in college and lucky enough to begin to see the world around you for what it is, you can also see that you can try to make a change. Whip them into shape, hun! Good luck, and well said.

      Re: natalee777
Correction. Bush DID TRY to get the Dems to work on tort reform to directly help the health care system. They shot it down. Bush also tried to get congress to make it to where people could shop across lines for insurance…the DEMS again SHOT IT DOWN. Now it seems they think letting people shop across state lines is suddenly a great idea. Funny, they didn't think it was a good idea when Bush put it on the table. They still ignore tort reform because they are looking out for their lawyer buddies. TORT REFORM is a big issue and it will never be addressed until we stop voting for lawyers to be our representatives. I'm sorry, but Bush tried to convince the DEMS to take notice of both tort reform and the state line insurance issues. They didn't listen.

    71. 171

Do yourself a favor and investigate this plan on your own. Ignorance is frightening.

    72. 172

Thank you for posting this!!!!!! Hopefully people will understand that this is a necessity for millions of Americans!!

    73. 173

No one disputes that the U.S. health care system is terribly broken.
According to a World Health Organization survey, America ranks 37th in the world for health care systems.
Also, in the survey, America ranks 50th in life expentancy, in the world.
President Obama has an overwhelming job ahead of him .. I would not take his job for anything. I say we stop fighting and go forward.

    74. 174

First of all I must say this b/c no one can say anthing about this fool without you all crying racism: my opinions of Obama have nothing to do with his skin!!! Get it through your heads…just b/c you voted for him because he's black doesn't mean I didn't vote for him b/c he's black!! I dont give a shit about that. Problem is the choices he's making and his history. He wasn't even born here for godssake!! If he was, should've been no issue whatsoever to just present a birth certificate. He obviously wasnt born in this country. Which in & of itself wtfever…but when it comes to running for president of america-yeah should have never been allowed!! WHY? Because that's the rule and once u start throwing fundamental rules out the window-things go to shit real fast. It's the effing rule!! So he shouldnt even be pres in the first place…and yet. Scary scary. Now about this healthcare bullshit!! The whole point of this country is that if you work hard you can accomplish anything!! But somehow it's turned into work hard, but if u dont want to, we'll bail you out!!

…The govt needs to keep its dirty hands out of my body and yours!!! Stop making excuses and feeling sorry for yourselves. Stop wanting someone to hold your little hand. Take off your blinders, don't let yourself be a parasite, stand up and fight for control of your own body!!

    76. 176

Let's face it, the Republican party is going the way of the dinosaurs and they're not going quietly. This party of old, rich, racist, bible thumping, homophobic people are stuck in the last century and seem capable of only giving us tantrums, sex scandals and hypocrisy. They have never had to live like the common citizen and lost touch decades ago. They preach fear and lies for the white trash masses of this country to cobble up. Obama is having to follow, hands down, the most disastrous president in history. The biggest mistake Obama is making is reaching across the isle and trying to deal with these dying monsters who have ruined this country. I say, steep over them, on them and build this country up so it is no longer the laughing stock of the world.

    77. 177

The problem I see here is that no matter what anyone says the govt shouldn't be involved in health care. It's not constitutional. The govt doesn't have a right to be there. Be you Democrat or Republican you'll both screw it up, because you shouldn't be involved. I don't believe someone should die because they can't afford it - the change needs to happen with insurance companies. Open it up to more private sectors (for example Blue Shield is pretty much the only option in a lot of mid-west - they shouldn't have a monopoly there). If govt is going to interfere start with insurance companies. Take them down.

Gee, do ya think Teddy Kennedy wasn't rich? Do you think he lived like the rest of us?
      Give me a break.

    79. 179

He's full of crap….. take a look at our VA hospitals and that's what you want for your healthcare? Think too many people like his eloquent speaking and are not paying a bit of attention to what he is saying! Wake up America… he promised change but don't think this is the change those who voted for him were wanting.

Re: USFit – Did you even go to college because trust me you do not sound like an educated person.

Re: kalenjames – YOU ARE AN IDIOT. GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK ASS SKULL…OBAMA WAS BORN IN HAWAII!!!

    82. 182

I hope this obamacare doesnlt get ramned through, it will mean possiblly a 15% income tax hike with my 25% I already pay weekly on my check, or I work 3months out the year as it is just to pay income tax, and the cap n trade bill would tax us even more on anything related to carbon emissions, I donlt know how anyone could think any of this is good for jobsin america?

    83. 183

Re: USFit – sweetie please dont preach to me about education . I graduated with top honors from one of the best high schools in michigan , and it was a white school . so please dont try to use the "white people are smarter than black people" thing. trust im making my own money going to school at usc to be a lawyer i know how to manage all of my money. btw its white ppl like you that try to make yourself seem so much superior to black people that make me want to dislike all white people. girl this guy a CHANCE and stop basing heim on his skin color please. ! Id give McCain the same respect if he were president . but he's not in reality so get over it please !

    84. 184

i think the plan is a good idea…
i feel a little "bad" about the illegal immigrants thing but….oh well.

but unfortunately, the Repubs are trying their BEST to bring Obama down….

Re: Cottonquinn – So true - so true…but then look at what site we're talking politics on. Couldn't help myself though - and all I wanted to do was take a break from the REAL political forums I post on. Lol. Folks on a Perez site are most likely to think that Austrian economics was the Sound of Music political climate. Let's start a reading list: Atlas Shrugged, The Revolution, & a plain old pocket Constitution.

Idiot. How are we going to pay for it. If anybody buys this bag of garbage, I have some ocean-front property to sell you real cheap.

    87. 187

his speech actually gave hope. here in canada, we pay health insurance, and everyone has one. trust me, it came in handy when my father had a cardiac arrest and we didn't have to pay a cent. come on americans, let the president do his job!

    88. 188

Are you kidding me? It doesn't cost that much if it's free. If your against this, I honestly wish you would leave the US so that people who deserve better more efficient health care that doesn't cost them a penny can get such healthcare. At least in Canada, insurance companies that are supposed to be there for you, don't dump you as soon as you get sick. You guys have no idea what your missing.

    89. 189

HEYYYYYY!! YOOO-HOOO!! HEY YOU ANUSTARDS — WAKE THE FUCK UP!!! ANYBODY HOME??? WHAT PART OF $900,000,000,000.00 IS NOT SINKING THROUGH YOUR OBOMBA-WORSHIPPING BRAIN-DEAD SKULLS? THAT 900 BILLION DOLLARS IS COMING FROM YOU, YOUR CHILDREN & GRANDCHILDREN - BOTH BORN & UNBORN!!! A BABY BEING BORN RIGHT NOW IS ALREADY OVER $25,000.00 IN DEBT! THESE POLITICIANS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN. TAXES, FINES, FEES…ANY WAY THEY CAN!
      *********
DID YOU KNOW OBOMBA IS CONSIDERING TO PASS A "SIN TAX" ON YOUR PEPSI & COKE? & GIVE IT UP ABOUT BUSH OR THE GOP BECAUSE THEY'RE ASS-FUCKS TOO. BOTH DEMOCRATS & REPUBLICANS ARE THE SAME - NEO-CON REPUBLICRATS! THEY ARE ALL THIEVES!
      ********
YOU & YOUR FAMILY WILL BE TAXED TO DEATH! YOU WILL LITERALLY DIE OWING EVEN MORE TAXES, PLACING THE BURDEN ON YOUR CHILDREN & FUTURE KIDS.
      ********
IF YOU'RE WHINING THAT OBOMBA IS 'UPLIFTING' OR 'INSPIRING', THEN YOU DESERVE TO HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN. IF YOU'RE GOOD & PISSED, GET OFF YOUR ASS AND FIND OR FORM A CONSTITUTIONALIST GROUP. IMPEACH THESE BASTARDS!
      *******
IT IS "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" NOT 'WE THE PEOPLE WHO BELONG TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT WHO WILL OWN YOU & THE MONEY YOU MAKE UNTIL YOU ARE IN YOUR GRAVE!'
GET REAL. ISN'T IT BETTER TO OWE A $250k HOSPITAL BILL THAN OWING ON A $900 BILLION DOLLAR TAX DEBT TIL DEATH? FOR YOUR KIDS? FROM YOUR GRAVE? GET UP & GET PISSED & TELL THE NEO-CON REPUBLICRATS TO GO FUCK THEMSELVES - ALL OF 'EM.

      Re: vengance
      Think about it.
In a business you spend money in the beginning to get it going and then eventually you make a lot of profit. You need to spend money to make money most of the time. You really are a five year old child. Think it through.

    91. 191

Americans are all about who is a democrat and who is a republican. just face it, each party has their good views and their bad views. once you all stop being so fucking stubborn you will get things done.
i'm pretty sure Obama is at least trying to change the country for the better, he isn't a magician he can't just fix this shithole at once and as quickly as you seem to want it. he hasn't even been in office for a year, RELAX. these things take time. i mean come on, what the fuck would YOU do if you were in his position?
and please, don't call him dumb, he is actually a very intelligent man. at least much more intelligent than your prior president.
you need to stop caring about who is a liberal and who isn't and combine ideas instead of fighting all of the time. it just makes you look close minded and that is why the rest of the world hates you
you elect Obama and then just criticize his every move. no matter what happens, you're stuck with him for at least 4 years so deal with it
i know someone is going to call me an idiot, but honestly, look at yourselves. yes, you all have facts and stories, but that's not going to change the views of the person you're arguing with and you know that
instead of bickering you should say what YOU think should be done and try to come to some sort of common ground, but you are all too hung up on being right all of the time

    92. 192

Re: Whatupperez – You're talking to a registered Republican. Doesn't mean I HAVE to vote the party line. And the USA isn't the only country who's been dragged into Afghanistan. But you wouldn't know that because you don't care. There aren't many countries that don't have loved ones fighting in Afghanistan. And because those countries have been dragged into that war, they have the right to have a voice. And the all those voices are saying BUSH WAS AN ASSHOLE AND WE ARE ALL GLAD TO SEE THE BACK OF HIM. And I want you to know that there were HUGE CELEBRATIONS AROUND THE WORLD when Obama was elected! See, it's very scary to live on this little planet with an intellectually impaired cowboy who has his hands on the little red button. Do yourself a favor, get a passport and use it.

    93. 193

This video was full of lies :/ For example: Obama said no illegal immagrants would get healthcare under the new plan. In 1994 when Clinton was president, Clinton passed a law stating that hospitals could not deny anybody health insurance and coverage if they came to the hospital and were sick or hurt, including illegal immagrants :/ And the republican that yelled at him after he said that, was dead on. at least sombody knew the laws. Obama should have done his homework before he opened his mouth to speak.
