Rita Rocks and My Wife and Kidsactress Tisha Campbell Martin, best known for her role on Martin, gave birth to little Ezekial Czar on Tuesday in Los Angeles.
This is the second child for her and actor husband Duane Martin. Their son and now big brother, Xen, is 8 years old.

Re: Meg_Mo – she thinks CZAR is a good thing because OBAMA has created several CZARs of this and czars of that in his administration..the woman probably never opened a history book in her life to even know there is a negative connotation.
