I think it would be more normal to slowly ease them into a regular school. It's important to establish healthy relations with their peers. I wonder how many opportunities they get to develop friendships with children of their own age.

3) Jackson only settled over claims of negligence and not over claims of child molestation.

According to private detective Anthony Pellicano, Jordy Chandler told him "My dad only wants cash". His dad was tape-recorded saying that all of this is irrelevant if it helps his kids and that he is going to destroy MJ. The boy never accused MJ of any wrong-doing before he was forced into it by his father. Remember that the mother called this allegations against MJ bs. The kid coulnt either recall details about where and when it had happened, he only said WHAT had happened. MJs defence attoreny had FRIENDS of the boy who were willing to testify that the boy had told them it was all a lie. An assistant to the kids lawyer (she was an inside with first hand information) has said it was a lie/a set-up.

This is probably a wise decision on the part of the Jackson family. It sounds like those kids are really sweet and sheltered, so with the current big changes in their lives, best not to rock the boat any further. And honestly, homeschooling isn't going to hurt them- the "normal life" ship has kind of already sailed for these kids.

Many witness said that during trial and MJ always told the kids to ask their parents and they said yes. The kids wanted to sleep in his bedroom even after he supposedly molested them. Kinda ironoc dont u think? So blame the parents for letting them sleep in MJs bedroom. In that documentary u always refer too, MJ and his accusers said that MJ gave his bed to the kid while he and his friend/assistent slept on the floor. MJs defencelawyer had them all on their list What I do know is that he has said to many ppl it was all a lie- he moved the F out from his house at age 14 and went to NYU with his real name! People there have asked him and he has said it was a lie! Jordy has only once "confessed" and that was during investigation but even there he didnt say how, where and when.. he only said what supposedly had happened. Remember that MJ was never charged (two grand juries witnessed the "evidence" but tossed the case OUT).. Mj was only being sued and NOT charged. Just how Bill O´Reilly did when he was sued for sexual harrasment, that dude settled out of court too.

Those kids seem so well-adjusted. And attractive. Respect to MJ for how he's raised them.

I would tell you to go look up the interview to get your answer to that dumb question but you are one who is totally against doing research. Make sure you watch the VMA's on Sunday at 9 to watch the wonderful tribute to Michael from his lovely sister. No need to remind you though because your hating eyes will be glued to the t.v.

So when Michael said he STILL invited 11 year old boys into his bed after being charged with molestation Martin should have said "Great!" are you kidding? Give me a break. And that Prosecuter felt on top of the world when the Arvizo's came knocking at his door b/c he spent 13 years traveling across the world trying to find children to say that Michael did them harm and he couldn't get not 1 until the Arvizo's came along. Tom Sneddon is a cold Man….

Re: LadyBee123 – How is it bad for them to be homeschooled…most homeschooled kids are far more intelligent than public school kids - it is better for kids with disabilities too, that way they can get the individual attention they deserve. Also, as far as the whole "religious brainwashing" thing other people think it is about, I homeschool my kids and we aren't religious at all - but we do teach them about each religion so they can make their own choices. And as far as the whole no friends or socializing thing people seem to associate with homeschooled kids, that is total bullshit. My kids have tons of friends and also play sports and take music classes. They have plenty of friends. But yes…MY poor 4 year old son has been reading for a year and can do simple math….oh that poor kid.

I personally think its a good idea, i dont think these kids who are Michael Jacksons Children could go to a school where other kids can make fun of them and rumors etc going on about them and their dad…its what's right for them now they have already been homeschooled all these years and with them staying in the routine they are in now, it will allow them to have some stability

This basically meant that the judge allowed him to bring forward other cases/children that Mj had supposedly molested. This backfired at him soooo bad! The D.A had a list of six people… one said that MJ tickled him and his mom wanted cash for it, the other one NEVER showed up, the third which were Jordy Chandler decided once more NOT to testify against Michael Jackson.. the rest were Mac Culkin, Wade Robson and Brett Barnes who all testified FOR MJs defence and called the allegations BS! Do u get the point… the D.A basically said that Mac Culkin and Wade Robson were molested and brought them in to testify and they all called the case BS and testified FOR MJ and said nothing had ever happened.. Lol!! Another big blow out for the case/prosecution!
