    I cant tell you how sad I feel. He was my all time favorite and I thought he was so handsome!!! My prayers are for his wife for Im sure she is devistated. May God take care of them both.

    He was a beautiful person on the inside and the outside. A professional entertainer who managed to keep his personal life private. I love the fact that he stayed married and made it known to the public how much he loved and respected his wife. He will be missed by many. Also, he will not be forgotten.

    Swayze was one classy guy and someone you never heard negative things about in the media. A class act that many of the young Hollywood types should try to model themselves after. I still watch Dirty Dancing and introduced it to my dauhters. They fell just as much in love with his character as I did when I first saw the movie. He will be missed. My condolences to his loving wife and all family.

    My heart goes out to the family and friends. I felt like he was a genuine person, a real man, a great dancer. lover and fighter, Something most every woman desires. I am truly saddened by the passing of Patrick. I will always cherish all of his movies. He had amazing talent. He knew what the audience wanted from him and he gave it to us graciously. He is the one celebrity, man I would have loved to meet as my teenage and adult crush! (blowing kisses in the sky).

    I met him once at a Planet Hollywood that I worked at about 11 years ago. You could have not met anyone so nice and sincere as he was. He will be missed!

    Knew it was coming…didn't make it any less sad! The seduction-scene ( "dance with me"…) in Dirty Dancing, is still one of my favorite ever! What a dance, what a beautiful man.
