Kate Gosselin To Get Her Own Talkshow?
We'll admit, the ladies of The View really didn't let her talk too much, but from what we did see of Kate Gosselin on her guest spot this week, we liked it.
As do some industry heavyweights.
Sources are saying that the media group behind the talk show sensations of Ellen DeGeneres and Tyra Banks, Telepictures, is looking to develop the next big morning TV talk show with Kate hosting alongside television cooking queen Paula Deen. Odd mix.
The source says, "They're looking around and casting for other women to be on the show with them. But they want all the women to be moms."
Though Telepictures won't confirm on any "developing projects", Kate has already said that she would be game for a full-time talk show gig, revealing, "There are no mom-centered talk shows. I think that would be a very comfortable thing for me."
We don't think this is such a bad idea since it'll further the spotlight on Kate and decrease the spotlight on the kids.
So there'll be no more need to have those eight kids working playing around for the cameras to record.
What do U think? Are U interested in hearing what Kate has to say? Or tired of the overexposed Gosselins?

I'd probably watch it if it was on while my kids were in school and I was cleaning the house or something. Her kids are about the same ages as mine, so it might be interesting for me. I tend to agree that I'd rather watch a show with JUST her than with her children. But then, I'd give a mom-centric talk show the same chance no matter what mom with kids my kids' ages was hosting it, ya know?

I would actually like it. I saw her on the view only yesterday and she did well. She represents all the momma's and has this midwest family values sort of appeal.

Love the idea of kate having a part in a show. she has been pretty strong the ordeal with her pathetic of a husband. Also, knowing the focus will be more on her and not on her children or her dush bag husband would be great.
i actually think it is a great idea. i see a HUGE change in Kate recently and I think she realized the error of her ways in months prior to the "D-BAG DEBACLE"… she almost seems humbled if that is possible. I would definitely LOVE to see the spotlight shifted more towards Kate so she would be able to leave "J&K+8" behind and still be making a paycheck, b/c as she has reminded us the paycheck is for her kids. let's see if that rings true in coming months.. hmmm? I will continue to support her as long as she continues to keep her "inner-bitch" in check.

well if you don't like her or don't want to see it, don't watch it. you should be at work anyways. for stay at home moms, they just might enjoy it because she's a mom, and they'll have other moms on too. parents can relate to one another, especially moms raising many kids, or people who have been cheated on, divorced, etc. i don't hate her so i'm not going to bach her, but really i don't think she fits it. i think she would be akward on a show, ya know what i mean? so probably not. maybe as a guest every now and then, she is a mom who has gone through what tons of people go through only she had to do it publicly. that way the cameras could be off the kids. they could go back to 'normal' life while kate does some work.

The kids would not be as well adjusted and well mannered as they are if they were being damaged by the cameras. It's not even like the cameras are there all the time.
