Keanu Reeves Speaks On The Passing Of Patrick Swayze
It seems Patrick Swayze was really a pleasure to work with as another former costar reveals.
According to Keanu Reeves, his Point Break costar did not only commit himself to a role, but lived life to the limits - and fearlessly.
Keanu states:
"There was some sky diving sequences in this film we did together and as filming was going on it came to be that Patrick was jumping out of airplanes all the time. I think he had over 30 jumps during the course of filming and so the production served him with a cease and desist which he listened to until they got to Hawaii. He jumps out of planes and did the flips and falling to the ground and he did it with an open heart."
"He was a beautiful person, an artist. Patrick, he just wanted to experience life and for his work he wanted to take the opportunity of the film and it gave him that sense."
"I can say what I know that he lived life to the fullest. My sympathies and condolences go out to his friends and family."

He will be missed. Pancreatic cancer has to be researched more. Michael Landon and now Patrick. It is a horrible, debilitating disease.

This will be out of the news in 1 day and I will have to hear about MJ for years with all the trials that have to go on for his murder. Hello, he is a man and took drugs. Yes, the doctors were wrong but doesn't anyone remember he was a 50 year old man who can make a decision. OH, and I am sick of hearing that he didn't have a childhood, some people had shittier ones and they didn't turn out to be that mess.

He was my good friend….hadn't seen him in several years, but we'd spoken and he never felt down due to his condition. He lived his life to the fullest, till the very end.
Those Hollywood SOBs had better not follow through with a remake of Point Break. Nobody else deserves to play the role of Bodhi!
