The executive director of Madonna's Raising Malawi charity has resigned since falling for the singer's trainer, Tracy Anderson.
Philippe van den Bossche is now moving from Los Angeles to New York to be with Anderson. The couple met during Madonna's trips to Malawi during the adoption process of her children, David Banda and Mercy.
"She was disappointed," says van den Bossche. "It is hard to find the right people to run the projects you deeply care about. But Madonna is a great friend, and she's happy for Tracy and me."
Anderson added that the couple has been together for 8 months and "things are great."
We hope so! We wouldn't want to piss off Her Madgesty for nothing!
Anderson goes on to kiss ass praise Madonna when talking about their workout regimen together:
"We train for two hours six days a week. We do 45 minutes of dance aerobics, followed by work on muscle tone, flexibility and definition. There's no running and no weights bigger than three pounds, because Madonna doesn't want to bulk up. Madonna's body is perfect. She has no fat, no cellulite, she is so toned, and her arms are amazing."
Madonna's arms are frighteningly "amazing" sometimes!

She looks good in a lot of photos generally because of shopping or good angles. When you see her coming out of the gym she looks too thin and deffinately her age. She does look good for her age but there's a time when you have to stop wearing skimpy clothes and i think her time is now, i don't want to see that all the time. Her body is not perfect, it's unhealthy to have no fat what so ever. I really don't see why she's still such an icon to everybody, she's not that great anymore.
