I feel sorry for her. When her weight yoyos like this it can't be healthy! I think it is part mental and part physical. Depression causes weight gain with some people. Maybe she needs emotional help as well as physical.
I sympathize with her. It is very very difficult to live a life where you have to watch everything that goes into your mouth. A calorie restrictive diet is difficult to maintain for long periods of time. For some they are naturally thin but many others struggle on a daily basis with their weight. Leave her alone.
