Bad news for this douche.
Jon Gosselin's divorce lawyer has decided to drop him as his client and filed a petition with the Montgomery County, Pa. court system to withdraw as his counsel.
Ha!
At least someone else sees what dead weight John is.
This news will probably mean a delay for Jon's divorce to Kate Gosselin, but also gives him time to add to his douchery file that Kate can use as evidence against him during the custody proceedings.
Yeah, we like that!

Is this a joke, ask any lawyer about the tapes of the show and they will tell you that Kate could NEVER win full custody of those kids because of her behavior on the show. She shows the signs of an early abuser and frankly they need to get a psych work up on her before ever going into court. That woman is a nutcase.
I'm sure that he'll have a problem with any lawyer because he's a nightmare client!! When you're in the middle of a bitter divorce/ custody battle, you're supposed to lay low, not go out and give your ex more shit to sling in the fire! Every move you make is under a microscope and absolutely utilized.

FYI, spanking is NOT abuse. More people should spank their kids. Go ahead, call me a child abuser!! I was spanked, disciplined, and taught RESPECT and CONSEQUENCES as a child, and I'm just find thanks. Unlike most of the brats these days who tell their moms "shut up" at 9 years old with no consequences.
My father, on the other hand, divorced my mom and quickly added a new younger woman in his life, chose to relive his "lost youth" and stopped being present in the family. THAT had many many many more emotional and long term consequences, for my little brother especially. I'm concerned about the kids in the long term.

Jon on the other hand, in my opinion, is emotionally abusing the children. Choosing to pursue his own petty desires in life rather than take responsibility for what life he has made. The fact that Kate is rude and strict is something that could've been worked on through counseling, etc. That family should've never been given up with out an honest and all out fight and now that it has, should've been followed by sorrow and despair, not a party.

Dropping him as a client is not a big deal it happens all the time. I seriously doubt the lawyer dropped him because he doesn't like him or because of what he does. A lawyer could care less about that kind of tabloid bull sh**. More than likely it was a conflict with schedules or it was expertice or to just make a play for delays. I'm sure this was an agreement between him and his lawyer that it would be for the best. Sorry I don't think Jon can give you any juice about this one. Have to stay tuned for next screw up.
