Kate Gosselin is ready to talk about her son Collin.
In the new issue of People, the reality star revealed that her 12-year-old has special needs, and discussed how she's getting her little man the best help she can.

The blonde opened up to the mag about it, saying:
"Collin has special needs. [There's] a fairly fluid diagnosis of what those needs are, but he needs to learn certain strategies to help him deal with things."
The 41-year-old also explained Collin is away from home, "enrolled in a program that is helping him learn the skills he needs to be the best him he can be."
The Pennsylvania native dished that it's been a very difficult situation, considering she's raising her son on her own:
