MJ Investigation Coming To A Close
Michael Jackson's homicide case is almost complete!
Sources say the investigation itself is finished and is expected to be presented to the Los Angeles Country District Attorney in about a month.
Medical professionals have been called upon to pitch their two cents in about the evidence and the treatment MJ received from Dr. Conrad Murray, which should be complete in two to three weeks.
LAPD detectives will then round up their report and organize all the necessary facts before delivering it to the D.A.
According to insiders, Dr. Murray will not be arrested until he's officially charged with a crime, but the source is under the assumption that the doc will be charged with the crime.
He better be if he was the one responsible!

yes, he should have his medical license taken away, BUT, I would not call this a total homicide. half homicide, half suicide. people have been wondering for YEARS why MJ was not dead. unless you did not read about him or were ignorant, you knew he was a drug abuser. A drug abuser that the law, hollywood and everyone around him thought he was above the law. Then he dies and all of a sudden -SOMEONE HAS TO PAY!!!! At some point during the time when he wasn't calling 911 he ran to the store and bought himself a pack b/c after realizing what he had done, he couldn't stop crapping his pants out of the thought of what was going to happen to him for murdering Michael. Dr. Murray is going down… He better hope that they put him in solitary confinement when he gets locked up. As good as a person as Michael was, I bet he forgives Dr. Murray. Michael was one of the most forgiving people that I have ever known of.

Michael was a hard working man desperate to get sleep, not desperate to get a high. And even if Michael was a junkie (though he wasn't) how does that effect your life? You might be a junkie or a former junkie yourself…. He NEEDED sleep. And no Dr. can be ordered to do anything that they don't want to do, especially something that they are not supposed to do based on the Oath that they took in order to be a physician. Whether it be murder or manslaugther, his stupidity took away a prescious life.

michael was killed by dr murray, whether he asked for the drugs or not is completly irrevent!! murray should not have given them to him. thats why the law comes down so hard on street dealers, because they will sell drugs to anybody for their own financial gain.
ok, lets say your father went to his doctor and asked to be given propofol, a drug that the doctor should by any means NOT have in his possesion. the doctor administers your father with the drug and then shortly after your father is dead.
and you would seriously say you would be happy for your fathers doctor to just have his licence taken away? so the doctor can just start a new life? i cant believe that! im sure whoever killed your dad, accident or otherwise, you would want an investigation and the killer behind bars.
