New Madonna!!!

We love Madonna, but we far from love her new song, Revolver.

It's kinda suckass, actually.

The song is off the Queen of Pop's new greatest hits collection and it features Lil Wayne (unfortunately).

It's definitely more along the lines of the Hard Candy album than the dance deliciousness of Celebration.

But the new song just doesn't work. It lacks originality. It's uninspired - and Madonna doesn't even sound like herself on it!

      It's a bit slow but, yes, it certainly does sound like Madonna. No doubt about it. Actually, it was a bit refreshing for her to actually sound like HERSELF again.

      The song is not too bad, but the other demo was better. Perhaps if Madonna didn't autotone her voice quite so much, it would have been better. And Lil' Wayne is just icky! Celebration was the better track. But I'm sure the track will grow on me. It doesn't matter too much in the US though, since US radio has not played any Madonna in ages, which is why I don't listen to the radio anymore.

      And to those commenting on the picture, you all know that it's from the Erotica era from 1993, right?

I would recommend Jesus Luz totally naked this time :) I believe M just had her 40th number 1 dance song on Billboard so with a decent remix it may be her 41st.       It sounds like all the bad parts of the 80s mixed with the equally bad part of today. There is absolutely nothing original nor redeeming about this. Only thing you can say is that it gave some people a job working on it. I hope they were paid well for having to listen to it repeatedly.
