We knew this would happen!
After being released by the Philadelphia Eagles, A MUCH better NFL team has acquired Hank Baskett and he is signing his contract with the Indianapolis Colts this morning!
Apparently the Colts were in the market for a wide receiver and were eager to have Baskett join the team.
Fine choice, especially since the man has a new wife, a baby on the way, and a reality show. Talk about good publicity.
Congrats, Hank, we're sure Kendra is plea$ed, too!

They signed him because Gonzalez, one of their starter WR is injured and can't play until October, don't think when Gonzalez comes back that Hank won't be back on watching on the sidelines.
As a Philadelphia native, I do think it's ashame that he has a new family and we dropped him, HOWEVER, please do not say that Indy is a better team simply because they picked him up. you don't mention once how many dropped passes he had and the fact that he couldn't connect with a soul who threw to him. He wasn't working for us and he had to move on. If he's such a catch, tell me why he wasn't traded and they just dropped him? Because no one wanted him and got him on the cheap!

The Eagles have been to the Superbowl TWICE since they formed in 1933 (and lost)! The Colts have been numerous times (and actually won) and they were formed in 1953 (in Baltimore). The Eagles had a twenty year advantage. The Colts are also the first team to beat every other NFL team. Wtf, the Colts rock. Maybe not THE best, but definitely NOT better than the Eagles.
