On the MJ Morning Show, Taylor Swift made it quite clear that she did NOT want to discuss the Kanye drama of Sunday!
The interview didn't start off well! The host, Todd "MJ" Schnitt, was giving Taylor mayjah shiz about being late. It happens, she's a superstar.
Although he was given a list of facts about the country singer, MJ claims that he was never told to refrain from asking about the incident! So, Taylor answered the best she could and asked to change the subject THREE times, while the radio host pushed her by continually harping on the subject and giving her "tips" about her career.
Eventually, Taylor's reps had to intervene and she ditched the call.
Epic fail on her management's part paired with the abrasive host, but Swift handled herself quite well!

Re: MyOpinionOnly – in a private conversation, you have more options… this girl was doing a public radio interview… she knew this would be asked… the idea is to answer the question - and the subsequent follow-up questions (which were not repeats of what he had already said)… she ought to be grateful for her 15 minutes - at some point, if you decide to be a public figure, you have to figure out that giving the fans/people what they want is the only way to stay in business… as this incident happened on national tv anyway, it wasn't some sort of private matter or personal probing… as for her "music," she is probably better off avoiding that subject anyway, as the only thing more mediocre than her songs is her vocal "talent"

I live in Tampa, the base of the radio show. This is the same DJ that Miley Cyrus and her people hung up on a couple weeks ago when they asked about the Jamie Foxx drama.
I was listening as it all happened, and he didn't give her crap about being late. But he did push the envelope a bit by persisting with his "Kanye" questions. But then again, what else was he expected to talk about?
This DJ is such an ass! He kept saying they didn't get any guidelines on what to say. Ok, they didn't have guidelines, but he asked his Kayne question and Taylor answered 1 of them, then she asked him to talk about something else. Why the hell do people listen to this douche?
Taylor seems lovely, but I do agree that if she didn't want to talk about this incident she probably shouldn't be doing radio interviews right now–it's a given that people are going to talk about it!

He started the interview with saying he wanted to ask a couple questions about it and then move on to other topics. He had other things planned, but obviously this incident is pretty huge. Everyone has been talking about it for the past week, and everyone will continue to talk about it in the coming weeks. I'm not defending MJ by any means, he can be a huge douche. I heard the interview live this morning and yes MJ is a very arrogant DJ. He did the exact same thing to Jordin Spark and Miley C. This morning after the interview was terminated, He started to take call from listener, he has gotten very "belligerent" throwing a fit like a little boy when the first two callers got very critical of him. He went on to a rambling, incoherent speech if you will trying to explain his behavior. He even went as far as caracterized the way she (Taylor ) acted as being a "RAGGING B**CH". I usually listen to this guy in the morning becaused my radio is alway on 97.9 and it's obvious that his Modo is to get the attention in anyway possible so his two show can be mentioned and hopefully get so free advertisement by the Media. He is arrogant and clueless.
i love taylor swift but the sad point is that she was popular before. I see right through Taylor Swift, and I don't see her to be anything of a "sweet, kind gentile soul", and listening to this radio interview totally proved that to me. I also think what happened to her at the VMA's was her karma, I felt she over did it with going around and talking about what Joe Jonas did to her, and I feel like as a celebrity you just don't go on about another celebrity to try and give them a bad rep… so Taylor Swift karma's a bitch. What goes around comes around, and that was your karma. Don't get me wrong I don't condone what kanye did, I thought it was terrible and I'm sorry for the girl.
Taylor answered 2 or 3 Kanye questions which I think is plenty. The interview should have been about her and her career. Not just one moment since there's a time limit on the interview. I don't think she was out of line in asking to move on. She has done other national interviews and blog statements so there wasn't anything new to say. Also most of this radio tour was probably setup before the Kanye thing. A lot of artists do this just before and after big award shows. Also she's re-releasing her cd in a few weeks.

Well the guy was really and annoying to continue that whole interview asking her something she clearly didn't want to talk about. I personally don't think there was much to say on her part, because everything happened so fast, and kanye already apologized to her. SERIOUSLY its no big deal. People who actually were concerned about the situation, did their research and probably did watch a couple interviews about it, but this guy is making this such a big deal, it's NOT a big deal as taylor says. However, i do think that as a celebrity, she should expect ALL of her recent interviews to be talking about that and asking.
