Will Smith Gifts Scientology With Big $$$$$$!!
Although he denies being a member, most people don't give that kind of $$$$ to any ol' cult religion.
According to a 2008 tax filing, Will Smith and his wife, Jada, donated $70,000 to Scientology groups in 2008 via his Will Smith Foundation - $60,000 to the World Literacy Crusade and ABLE International.
This comes after undergoing criticism for using Scientology teaching methods at his Southern California private school, The New Village Leadership Academy. The Smiths even replaced the school's headmaster for another who happened to have completed Scientology classes.
Pretty suspicious!
Will, who once claimed that the sect founded by L. Ron Hubbard, “is 98% like the Bible” donated a total of $122,000 to Scientology groups last year!
And Smith previously stated, “You have people who are attacking and want to fight. And don’t know nothing. How you gonna not know nothing about Scientology and attack somebody? It’s dangerous and it’s ignorant. And as an American I’m not gonna be a part of that.”
But, why?!

I hear ya - Can't stand him. And yes, it's a bonafide freak fest that Scientology stuff, and yes it's a money extracting cult and this asshole is part of it with some creepy as school. Didn't watch any of his movies in the last couple of years cause he's part of some freak religion.

Will is a liar! Scientology is not 98% Bible. He doesn't know much about the Bible to say that. He's got a right to believe in what he wants to but don't mislead people by saying scientology is 98% Bible. Considering how many millions he makes, $70 - $120 thousand sounds like change to him.

I took two religious studies classes in college and did a field study on scientology… let me tell you first hand that scientology is 98% different than the bible… it is a "religion" created by L. Ron Hubbard who was a science fiction author… him and his buddy had a bet going to see who could create a "religion" and stir up a following… guess who won: LRH! All I can say is watch the episode of South Park on scientology and you will get an accurate portrayal of what this cult believes in.

I've actually read Dianetics and it is some WACKY crap! The whole time I was thinking that this "religion" is PERFECT for celebrities because all it talks about is ego and how great scientologists are as compared to us stupid little earthlings. Let's not forget, L. Ron Hubbard was a SCIENCE FICTION writer. I'm going to start a religion based on the brilliant works of Charles Schulz.

In college we looked at that cult. I could make up a cult: Ok like these intelligent dolphins swam across the universe when it was made up of streams of star tears. 1. I don't care what Will Smith practices as a religion it's his life.
2. I have done a LOT of reading up on Scientology. It's a cult and dangerous.
3. If he is a scientologist then I wouldn't support him as an actor even though he's one of my favorites. I'm not trying to contradict myself. If he is one, good for him….but I don't have to like it or support those that choose to be a member. But I wouldn't picket his movies or anything like that, I just wouldn't watch them anymore……..

And the scientologists stood outside the teen gay outreach center, and told the young boys and girls, that "gays should be taken out into the streets and steamrollled."
