McSteamy's Co-Star Comments On His Steamy Tape
There was no doubt that wind of Eric Dane's scandalous video was going to make its way to the Grey's Anatomy set. Question was how was the cast going to react to it?!
Chandra Wilson, who plays the tough but lovable Dr. Bailey, answered the question on the Emmy red carpet last night. She admitted that she had seen the tape due to the vast media coverage and her instinct was to get very defensive. She explained: “My whole maternal thing comes out and I just [want to] take care of my baby. That’s it."
She refrained from giving McSteamy any advice, though. Only support, as she is hoping she will get the same respect when she steps behind the camera this week to direct her first episode of the series.
Of course, as she puts it, she'll be directing the "mini-cast" as Katherine Heigl is off being a bitch filming a new movie and Ellen Pompeo is just about to bust with a baby.
Should prove to one interesting season. Patrick Dempsey sure is going to get a lot of screen time!

Seriously, I LOVE that she is honest enough to say "Yeah, I saw it" It is ridiculous when celebs pretend not to have seen or heard about something that has been all over the press.

I love that Chandra Wilson cares enough to support her co-workers and is classy enough not to feed into the whole celeb gossip circle. She's an incredibly talented actress and seems like a wonderfully down to earth woman! Proud that she's stepping into the world of direction. Good luck Chandra!

So many couples, some that you would never expect, have some fun in different ways together. I dont think that a couple that does something in the privacy of their own home should be judged. Who are they hurting? They didnt intend for it to get out.
She watched the tape because of the media coverage? It's not like they showed it. And no one forced her to watch it. She's dumb.
Actually…it must be said that Eric Dane is not the one who came off looking bad in this video. It was his ugly Noxzema wife. Granted by association and his scrupples for marrying that coke whore, says a lot. However, they are married, they can get their rocks off how they please. I don't think that will do anything to his career…things just got Steamier at McSteamy's household. I personally love him w/little Grey.
I had such a different opinion of him, of them, but oh well. Reality is so so much sadder than fantasy. We're all human. I'd like to think that he, that they, would do things so differently, today. It's for them to deal with, God to Judge and may He Help them. Amen.
