Dan Brown Sells 2 Million Copies Of New Novel In 1 Week!

Wow!
The Lost Symbol, Dan Brown's latest novel since his worldwide bestseller The Da Vinci Code, has surpassed the 2 million copies sold mark since the book's release on September 15.
While The Lost Symbol hasn't come close to JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 8 million copies sold within 24 hours record, he has beaten former weekly sales results record holder Bill Clinton and his memoir My Life, released back in 2004.
We smell a movie in the future!

Another book with the same basic theme from the this author boring.
I bought it the day it came out and I'm almost done already. I think I like it better than the DeVinci Code.

Finished reading it last night. Giving it a couple of days then will read it again. Great book.
Next, I'm on to 'An Echo in the Bone' by Diana Gabaldon. LOVE JAMIE FRASER!

Dan Brown can't write to save his life. Worst author EVER.

Worst of his books. I had the twists figured out hundreds of pages early - and that's all I'll say about that. He sucked at hiding these twists unlike A&D and tDVC. Sucked ass. Feels like he wrote it so that it would be easily made into a movie.

Yeap! I'm reading it and I can't let go of it. Very addictive and very instructive I've learned a lot from things that I didn;t know that existed like Noetic science, metasystems, random evetns coordinator etc. I've look it up on google and they do exist. Very nice! Dan Browns narrative is amazing!

I actually liked this book. Not as good as 'Angels & Demons' but enteratining still. Finished it in 3 days….I was reading slow.

I'm reading it — I love it. Regarding the movie — I love Tom Hanks and all — but how about RUSSEL CROWE as Robert this time…Hmmmm…??? I can totally see him in tweed….kicking some BUTT. Now THAT would be worth seeing.

Yup, that's the 'Outlander' series. Stick with it. It gets better with every book. 'A Breath of Snow and Ashes' is awesome!!! Also helps to picture Gerard Butler as Jamie Fraser, yummy!!!!

The book was written as a script. I'm kinda disappointed. Dan Brown sold his soul to Hollywood. Also the suspense built up in this book almost resembled those commercial break announcements when Ryan Seacrest was about to announce the winner on Idol. Bad…
