Howard K. Stern Getting Slammed With More Felony Charges!

This morning, we've learned that the prosecutors on the Anna Nicole Smith case are looking to throw the book and anything else lying around at Howard K. Stern!
Howard has already been charged with several crimes for allegedly promoting drug abuse with Anna Nicole, along with two physicians. In total, Howard had only been charged with 6 felonies, but with the new developments in the case, prosecutors want to add more - 5 more!
That brings his total felony count to 11!
Wow!
Regardless of how many more charges that arise, Howard is standing firm that he is innocent and that he will fight all charges.
You can fight'em Howard, but sadly (for you) we don't think you will prove innocent in any of this!

GOOD. His voice while filming Anna Nicole 8 months pregnant and wasted on drugs while playing with the little girl who put clown makeup on Anna is evidence that Howard used Anna for money and cared nothing about Anna and the unborn child. Howard kept Anna from her family. Howard took Anna to the Bahamas to keep Larry from Anna. Howard tried to steal Larry's child. I believe Howard gave Anna the last injection that killed her.

A lost son, a new baby, an addict who desperately needed help, but instead was being injected with drugs. I hope justice is served.

poor howard. the only thing he can be blamed for is being smitten with anna and doing everything he could to please her, caught in her web of self-destruction.
Some friend he was. He should have facilitated any means possible to get her help. Even if she ended up hating him for doing it, he should have had her best interest.
Nothing has ever came out that he tried to help with her drug dependency. He just let it happen. Not that he could stop her, but he could have clearly seen what other surrounding her were doing and that medical professionals were acting irresponsible and reported them or stage some sort of intervention for her.
He lived off of her. She was his meal ticket.

btw I believe he killed annas son so that he would not have claim to annas money, the new baby was his ticket, he hoped no one would challenge the childs paternity but the truth is always begging to be exposed.

HOWARD DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT ANNA DIDN'T ASK HIM TO DO. I can just hear her in that whiny voice "Howard, go get my pills, I'm in pain, I need my pills, Howard, go get my pills" followed by a bunch of swearing and threats. ANNA WAS AN ADDICT. She was an addict long before she met Howard Stern. I'm sure Howard talked to her about her drug use and tried to get her into Rehab just like Larry Birkhead did. Anna didn't want to quit. Especially after her son Daniel died. Yes, it was wrong for Howard to get the pills for her but he didn't force them down her throat. There was no conspiracy to harm Anna. He was the guy who picked them up at Anna's request, not the drug dealer. Despite my sticking up for Howard, I liked Anna Nicole. I was a fan. I watched her reality show. I learned Anna was a very smart woman who played the dumb blond. She was crazy like a fox. She was a strong willed woman who called all the shots in her life. Her assistants and hired help did exactly what she asked them to do. I DON'T THINK HOWARD SHOULD BE PUNISHED OR GO TO PRISON. He's suffered enough. He lost his best friend and the love of his life.

ABOUT 5 OR 6 yeas ago, I could already see the evil in this guy. Anna may have ruled those around her to a degree, as she held the purse strings. But THIS guy was the manipulator. He wanted to isolate her, wanted to fuck her and wanted her money (and her baby…). He was ALWAYS evil, with only selfish intentions. He never thought this day would come. And now, here it is…

Yes, I saw the infamous clown tape. I couldn't make out everything that was said but I did hear Howard teasing Anna about being high and then he said something to the affect that he would show the video and make a lot of money from it. Is that what you're talking about?

What do you think her Mother, her Father, her sister, her Hayseed relatives from Mexia Texas, her former male lovers, her former female lovers, her so called friends, her assistants, her glam squad and every other Tom Dick and Harry who crossed paths with Anna are doing? What is Larry Birkhead doing with her daughter DannieLynn? THEY'RE ALL MAKING MONEY OFF OF ANNA. I'm sure some of them also "picked up medications" for her and witnessed or assisted her in taking her "medicine."

I don't agree with what Howard did for Anna, however, he is not not a drug dealer and he is not a murderer. There was no "conspiracy" to kill Anna. Anna was a drug addict. She overdosed and almost died a couple times before she even met Howard Stern. Anna's Doctors who over-prescribed Federally regulated narcotics are responsible and Anna herself is responsible for mis-using and abusing those prescription drugs.

It's similar to the situation surrounding Michael Jackson's death. Are the people who picked up his medications being charged? NO, Doctor Conrad is being held responsible.
