Arrested! And Resisting Arrest!
The law has finally caught up with Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi Quaid!
And they didn't go quietly either!
As we mentioned earlier, a warrant for their arrests was issued by the Santa Babara Police Dept. on charges of burglary. According to law enforcement, the two have repeatedly walked out on price hotel bills without paying!
Officials picked the two up in Marfa, Texas, on Thursday afternoon. According to the Sheriff, Randy was assaulting the officers on the scene both verbally and physically and "deputies had to wrestle Evi to the ground as she screamed loudly."
Even though they both resisted arrest, no one is pressing any extra charges and officials in Santa Barbara County want them extradited back to California as soon as possible!
You made a good run for it, folks. Just didn't run far enough!!!
