This Ain't Randy Quaid's First Time At The Rodeo Committing Burgarly

Today, an arrest warrant was sent out for Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi Quaid, on the charge of burglary.

Apparently, the Quaids have become frequent guests at some of the nicest hotels in California, but never get around to paying for their room. The cops believe that the couple intentionally rented rooms they never planned on paying for, which fits the legal definition of burglary.

The arrest warrant has been filed specifically for the Quaids' alleged attempt to stiff the San Ysidro Ranch near Santa Barbara out of thousands of dollars, but sources are saying other hotels have since come forward to make the same complaint. One such hotel is the swanky Bel Air Hotel in El Lay.

The arrest warrant also lists the felony of "defrauding an innkeeper," in addition to burglary.

Tsk, tsk Randy. Crime doesn't pay and prison is sure not going to be anywhere near as nice as the Bel Air Hotel.

Dont the hotels have his credit card on file. Half the time I leave a hotel, I just wake up and go. There is no need to check out at the Front Desk unless you have extra charges

Celebs are used to stealing what they want and usually nobody complains. Do you notice that the other hotels only came foreward AFTER one hotel FINALLY complained? Again, the Jolie/Pitts probably haven't paid for a hotel in years.

Since when can you check into a hotel without having your credit card approved and kept on file and then run on a daily basis as you ring up charges. This story doesnt add up. He's not THAT big a celeb that they would just throw him keys to the room without any back up.

there is more to this - Randy and his wife have been "odd" for a while - drugs seem to be the problem - they have previous charges against them - he has been thrown out of Actors Equity FOR LIFE - mainly cuz of his "toxic" wife IMO - talented guy that met the wrong gal and too many drugs…
