Gossip Girl Granted Restraining Order
The custody battle may have ended, but the drama is far from over!
Gossip Girl matriarch Kelly Rutherford was finally granted a temporary restraining order against her ex and father of her children, Daniel Gierch.
"Daniel has begun to follow me, my mother, my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us," stated the legal docs. He "has harassed [my nanny] with questions about me virtually every time he sees her … last week Daniel's harassment of [the nanny] led to an actual threat that he is going to file a lawsuit against her."
And so she quit, which Kelly claims devastated the children!
Geirsch is required to stay 100 yards away from his ex-wife, their home, her mother, job and vehicle, unless he is there for "brief & peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation."
There's nothing about these two that could be referred to as brief OR peaceful!
Hope the childrenz are taking this well!

Damn…this guy seems to be making every effort to make her life a living hell. That does not sound like someone who has their children's needs and priorities first. I'm sure there will be more stories to follow on this ass. I hope Kelly keeps the children protected.
