The CW Orders More The Beautiful Life Reality Shows
Sorry, Mushy. There doesn't seem to be any sign that your flat-lining crapstorm of a TV show is going anywhere but down and out. The CW looks more interested in reality TV now.
We had mentioned that the network was premiering a new show called Fly Girls very soon, following the lives of five flight attendants. Now, another reality show has been picked up and it look like it is gonna be juicy.
You may remember Tinsley Mortimer from her appearance on Gossip Girl or as a guest judge for The Fashion Show. If you don't, it's fine, because soon you will know more about her than you ever really wanted to. The new reality show will follow this Manhattan socialite as she conquers the jungles of NYC!
Named "New York's pre-eminent young socialite" - even though she's in her 30s! - the CW has already shelled out for 8 episodes of the docusoap following the actual gossip girl.
Depending on how much trouble she gets into, it could be really juicy or really SNOOZE!

CW's only good shows are 90210 and Melrose Place, and TBL is SO just Model's Inc.

What the hell is your problem with Mischa Barton you asshole?
I actually enjoy watching this show - not for Mischa Barton though (they could have cast anyone for that role). Melrose Place is horrible.
No one wants to watch some 30 something pretending to be young. Docusoaps = ridiculous the CW should stray far away from reality, there is no need for any more shows like The Hills. As for their line up Melrose and 90210 are pretty bad, and TBL isn't awful it just needs time. I enjoy it, not for Mischa Barton but because it's interesting. The only CW shows I am hooked on however are Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill.

ugh. why is cw turning into mtv? there's enough reality shows out there! and they ain't even REAAAL.
hopefully it's as good as the hills w/lauren conrad. but if it's not, it's going to suck for cw. there only good shows now is the vampire diaries and 90210. this season of gossip girl isn't that good!

C'mon Perez. You don't even watch any of those shows. Stop hating on them. TBL is not that bad and it didnt even have 4 eps yet. How can you even judge a show by 3 or 4 episodes?

Thank you, Claymation for reminding Perez that there is more to America than LA. Tinsley is actually a very classy (and yes, scandalous) woman and in fact VERY young compared to the real NYC Social scene. Olivia Palermo has been unsuccessfully attempting to be of the Tinz's caliber for years now. Although she is above the whole reality show gig, it should be more juicy than any thing else on TV right now - if the rest of the country can handle New York. She is the original Queen Bee, a natural star.
