Someone needs to hire a new hairstylist. And fast!

YESsica Alba was spotted out Sunday in Beverly Hills getting her nails done. And, unfortunately for Alba, she's sporting a shiteous new hair don't!

Apparently, her hairdresser dipped into Ashlee Simpson's favorite hair color and effed up Alba's locks.

Seriously, how desperate do you have to be to want to look like Asslee?

You might have taken her hair color, but please don't take her makeup stylist!

      You have to earn the right to be a redhead.. which means caking on the high SPF, enduring the horrible sunburns, and sometimes even the teasing.
