MJ's This Is It Selling Out Worldwide!

This Is It, the documentary featuring footage of Michael Jackson's rehearsals for what would have been his final performances in London, is doing extremely well in advance ticket sales.
Tickets went up for grabs on Sunday and hundreds of showings were sold out in North America via Fandango and MovieTickets. There has been a similar reaction all over the world in cities such as London, Sydney, Bangkok and Tokyo.
Sony acquired distribution rights for $60 million and with tickets going as fast as they are, they're sure to turn a MAYJAH profit.
This Is It will be in theaters for only two weeks beginning on October 28.

For two weeks only…..I have my suspicions. The "two week only run" is great publicity to create hugh buzz and gaurentee two weeks reign as number 1 at the box office. if the demand outweighs the supply don't you think the Jackson clan/AIG or whoever will be happy to gently extend the run by a week, then another week. I could be wrong about this and theaters may have screens commitments but the Jackson family has never missed an opportunity to milk Michael alive or dead. I may go now that it can be gaurenteed that no money from this will go to settle child molestation threats/guilt.

I got my tickets within the first few hours of them going on sale. I can't wait! It's going to be great to see Michael groove across the stage one last time. I could care less about the haters, no one will remember them a day from now nonetheless fifty years ago unlike MJ. He was a brilliant talent and an exceptional showman. RIP.

Because it's not just some ol'e regular concert rehearsal… It's the rehearsal of Michael Jackson. And one of the biggest reasons why this footage is so anticipated is due to the fact that all the millions of people (including me) who were so excited about seeing him in London will never get that chance, so seeing what it was that we would have seen is very important. This footage from these rehearsal's will be 50x's better then his rehearsal footage from The Dangerous Tour ( that footage is easilly obtainable on Youtube by the way.)

The most recent figure for "Invincible" sales was in fact 13 million worldwide. I should never have questioned Jackson's worldwide fandom even at the close of his recording career, excepting the material to be released post mortem. The Bashir interview showed, as interpreted by me, an unhealthy interest in children sleeping in his bed and in his room. The courts found him innocent and that should settle all. Also the unsavory conduct of the parents of the children should be noted. If you read the 90s settlement it specifically states the money is to come from MJ but mentions the decision was influenced by "electors" with concern for image, etc. related to $. MJs drug addiction is not a fault on him but rather the disease of addiction. I never should have digressed from my original point that the movie will probably be out for more than two weeks.
