Another Clinton Aide Claims Bill Got "Touchey-Feely"!

Okay, before we start, let's make one thing clear: Former President Bill Clinton did not have sexual relations with this woman. And this time, it's for real! (Though it also makes the story far less interesting.)
But, he did get a little friendly with one of his former female aides, Stacy Parker Aab, who at the time was only 26.
She recalls in her new book, Government Girl: Young and Female in the White House, (because of course there is a book about it!), that during a trip to Okinawa, Japan, for the G8 Summit in 2000, the President asked her to meet him in his hotel room. She explains that he invited her out to the balcony where he gave her a hug that "lingered just a little too long to be paternal."
That's it?! That's your Bill Clinton story?! He didn't try to cop a feel? No sweet dirty talk nothings into your ear?
Well, that is just BORING! Why bother writing a book if that is all you got on the guy? For all you know, the "lingering" could have meant he fell asleep on you! He had a lot of things to keep track of: his wife, his mistress, the country!
Say what you will about Bill, but he was a damn fine President. A pig, but a damn fine President.
Good luck getting that book sold, hun!

I LOVE Bill, he was an excellent president. He might have smoked some weed back in the day, but who hasn't experimented once or twice or maybe more. Who cares? The whole thing where PEREZ wrote that Stacy P.Aab was ONLY 26 at the time..umm that's old! She's not a little girl!

"Who at the time was only 26 !" OMG the tender age of 26. Last time I checked that was well into adulthood, even if Bill was old enough to be her daddy. This is a non-story, but I bet the right wing crazies over at Fix (Fox) "News" will be on it like Bill Clinton on a …….oh nevermind.
The BEST president of my 60 years of living! Economically, I made more money on the stock market than ever before. The world respected us and him. I don't give a rat's ass what he did in his private life-I didn't pay him to surrender ALL of his life to me. As for a lingering hug, I am an attorney and many times I have probably lingered in hugging someone whether friend, friend's children, co-worker that is leaving or rescued us at trial etc. etc. It's called a sincere thank you and I mean it hug. The degree we scrutinize some of these public figures is sick. President Clinton is one of the finest Americans I have ever known.

One last comment. Is there no limit to what some of these authors would do to garner attention for book sales. The motive is very clear to me and it SHOULD be to you as well.

Oh so a president that screwed around on his wife while in office…asked the definition of the word "is" and lied under oath is a good president. He kept shit under the rug for years until it blew up in Bush's face.
I knew Stacy in college at George Washington University when she was working for George Stephanopolis. She is a shameless self-promoter and always perceived herself to be better than everyone around her. She was also solid and outspoken and I don't believe for a second that this claim has any merit. She is clearly saying what she needs to in order to sell her new book. And if she felt any impropriety at the time, I guarantee you she would have blown the whistle then, loud enough to get her name in the paper. Apparently she hasn't changed much.
I disagree, Perez… it is true that we can say whatever we like about Clinton, but it's not true that everyone thinks he was a "damn good president."
Honestly, we haven't had one good president since Teddy Roosevelt. They're all corrupt, fat-cat politicians that care more about themselves, their image, and their agenda than upholding the Constitution. Anyone who thinks any modern president has done a "damn good" job doesn't know anything about history and economic policies.

He wasn't the worst president in the world but he had one of the more corrupt administrations in history, if you count people involved in campaigns in addition to his time in the White House. No other President has had as many associates be arrested or go to prison for various acts of corruption as Bill Clinton- not even the G. W. Bush administration.

He's the president. If you're not allowed to call him anything other than "Mr President", he shouldn't be hugging you on some balcony. He was her boss. My mom's boss lost his job after he called her into his office and hugged her and it got weird. And all he did was manage a bookstore. Granted, I don't think this is some huge scandal, but if that did happen the way she said (and the number of women who have made claims against Bill Clinton tip the odds in her favor), it was rather inappropriate.

I just love how woman come out of the woodwork when possible $$$$$$ is thrown at them to right their story. Somebody needs to tell this girl… Ms Lewinsky already beat her to the punch!!!! I'm not disagreeing with that, but calling her the "victim" of a hug is just ridiculous.
Clinton's argument was HOW he defined sexual relations. Therefore — poor girl — she must have a very broad definition of sexual relation.
As far as his drug use in the 60s (like everyone else) he earned a JD degree and was a law professor at the University of Arkansas (lived across the street from the YMCA) and was successful in his career. Yeah, Smoking pot will rot your brain. /smirk

The Bush administration wanted to regulate the mortgage industry to try to fix Clinton's horrible policies. Too bad the Dems stopped what would have prevented the huge recession.
Bill lied and made the very people he was hired to protect out to be liars. I don't call that a good president. He was impeached over it. No, it wasn't about a BJ, it was about him being a liar. Having said that, all presidents are liars. Even Obama.

Uhm, He served two full terms. He wasn't removed from office, but if I remember correctly, the Bar (that Association lawyers belong to) no longer wanted him around. Can You say "disbarred" (that was for not using the same dictionary that the others attorneys' were using to define sexual relations.)
He was the best president ever. He did much right for United States and everyone in US enjoyed the good times when he was the president and when he left it was quickly OVER. A Very very rainy cloud has hovered over UNITED STATES after that. I will be shocked if OBAMA can clear up everything but it seems like nothing is gonna get better because just like Bush, OBAMA is sending young men and women to Afghan to fight and die. We don't need to send anyone to other countries, we should 1st take care of things @ home. Obama should stop making public appearances and work to better our economy and get people jobs so they can feed their families. He should stop making speech to kids to TV about education and get their parents their jobs back so those kids can go to Universities and colleges. For the Future Obama.

Goes to prove that Americans know very little about politics overall. Clinton was good economically as a president but his economic imput was only a temporary fix and he didn't fix the infrastructure of the financial system that was in desperate need of repair. He ran one of the most corrupt presidential offices in history.
