Julianna Margulies' new show The Good Wife is the show to watch on Tuesday night!

In it's second week, the show brought in 13.4 million viewers and beat the reining champ, Dancing With The Stars, by a million viewers!

Wow! Wouldn't have guessed that!

      It's one of the "smart" shows that don't have to use potty humor and can really tell a story in one hour segments. Julianne rocks the roll as the not so timid wifey….

      Julianna was in the best drama of our lifetime during it's peak. E.R. only ended last year. I'm thankful she is back on tv doing what she does best- putting wild men in their place.

      the show is good BUT i cant stand Julianna Margulies' one sided acting. She is the same character in every movie and show she's in.

      Great…this will further inflate Margulies' ego. She thought she was too good for ER (nice one) and has been floating in oblivion ever since, with her nose in the air.

      2. It is 'reiGning champ' - not 'reining'.

      I've been watching it - it's actually a really really well written and acted show. Was pleasantly surprised. Very happy that it's getting the attention it needs not to get cancelled!

      Not to knock on whatever good qualities it might have (never seen it), but it also had a good chance to do well because all CBS competes with that night is shitty reality shows. Dancing with the stars? The biggest loser? Whatever fox is airing now, I don't even know so it must be awesome. No thanks. I don't watch tv on Tuesdays so maybe I'll check this out!

      So happy this show took off… her last one, didn't do so well and she is one of the finest television actors working.

      You forgot the two shows on CBS that air before good wife that probably had a lot to do with it. NCIS brought in over 20 million viewers for the second straight week and its spinoff was not far behind.
