Jon Gosselin Wasn't Fired, Says Rep! Will Still Be Part Of Show
Whatever, it's still probably a huge pay decrease!

Jon Gosselin's rep is assuring the world that he was "not fired" from Jon and Kate Plus Eight, known from November 2 on as Kate Plus Eight. Now, the show will be focusing more on Kate Gosselin's new role as a single mom and the lives of her 8-year-old twins and 5-year-old sextuplets.
TLC has also agreed with Jon's rep saying that while the name change is taking place, Jon will still appear on the show - just not as often.
Great, he's essentially a "guest-star" to his own family!
In the meantime he's "still working out the details" for other projects including pitching his own reality show called The Divorced Dads Club with that other "Father of the Year," Michael Lohan.
We hate to admit it, but we would kinda LOVE to see that trainwreck!

The show knows that Kate will do any degrading thing they want her to to her children to try to make cash, Jon was saying for a while that the show was bad for their family. They need Kate because she will whore her kids out, sell them to the highest bidder and do whatever she has to to keep attention on herself.
i used to watch the show every now and again…but i havent been watching since the new season began…but on another note….ever since he spilt with kate, jon has really packed on the pounds…i really dont see what these other women see in him, maybe other than he has some money…but at the rate that he is going, he is going to blow all that in grocery and dinner bills…lamo

by no means do i wish for kate to take back this deadbeat, but… 1 - he's not even divorced… yet, and 2 - nice way to encourage divorce… "be part of our new show, all you have to do is get divorced"… LAME!
I wish these networks would stop paying these low-lifes. Jon is such a train wreck. AND, if he could only see the damage Michael Lohan has created in his own family, Jon might change his childish ways. Or second thought: probably not.
Although she's out and about promoting books and stuff, it's clear she spends more time with the kids than he does. At least her promoting brings in more money for the family. He only promotes drinking, partying and tramp hopping which, in turn, is throwing money away. Since their divorce or seperation or whatever they're calling it, WTF has he done that benefits the children except for bringing in potential sleaze bags to be a part of the family.
Good now Jon can spend even more time with the kids so camera whore Katezilla can be more over exposed for the phony $$ hungry whore she is. Jon invite brother Kevin and sister Jodie over for a cook out that will send the Zilla ballistic!

Um no, if you've ever seen the show she would leave for a month at a time to prote things. Jon would have the kids the entire time, then she would come back and start yelling at him because the girls should be in pink socks for her return, not yellow. It's the same now, She is out promoting everything and he is with the kids or the kids are with a nanny.

I think they are both nothing but, greedy bitches!! I feel so sorry for those kids. The stress that is put on them so, MOMMY can roll in the "dough"!! Oh Please! Kate Plus 8?? Give me a break! Poor lil ol' Kate. Sitting at home ALL BY HER LONESOME…raising all 8 kids on her own! BLEGH…sorry I think I just threw up a little! She's gone just as much as Jon is. He's just getting slack because the meida is taping him out socially, rather than doing his "job." TLC went from filming the family doing daily routines raising 8 children, to now setting them up at EVERY known event around the country! I'm sure the children will be more upset when they are older because they don't have all the hooplah surrounding them, rather then daddy living in another state!

I think honestly Jon gets a bad edit on the show while Kate is painted as a hands on mom who'se grieving, etc. I think Jon is not as douchey (is that a word) as he's profiled, and Kate is not as motherly as she appears. She was recently at a fundraiser and was a snobby diva to several people who reported it. TLC wasn't able to give her the good edit so they're working to spin it as we speak. I'd kinda like to see Jon in something else and get to know him more fairly
They need to change the name of the show to The Sperm Donors.
I think it is wwwaaayyy wrong to change the name unless it was something not as close to the original. I mean come on!! those kids learned the name whilst they were super young, they WILL notice that Daddy's name is gone just as he is. Talk about rubbing their sweet sweet noses in it!
