Jon Gosselin Causes Mayjah Drama, Halts Show Production!!!

This guy is so desperate, he makes Speidi look like Brangelina!
Jon Gosselin has put TLC, the network that fired parted ways with his lazy ass from his own reality TV show, Jon & Kate Plus Eight, on notice to "cease and desist" any production of the show and get off his property.
This notice was sent to the lawyers of TLC, stating:
"Effective immediately no production crews are to enter Jon Gosselin's family home for any reason. In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authority to effectuate Police action against any trespassers."
Boy, he really has his panties in a twist over getting fired, huh? Well, his tirade doesn't stop there!
His lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, explains that Jon is concerned over the well-being of his children. (A first!) He is coming forward now, after several years on the air, to put the network on blast, claiming that not only have they been working without the proper permits required by Pennsylvania Child Labor Law, but also, that for the last four years, the children have not been compensated!
Funny how now that seems like an issue, as opposed to a week ago, when you weren't fired! Oh, but wait, his lawyer thought about that one and Heller explains that he and Jon have been in talks to pull the plug on the program and take the kids off the show for weeks prior to this week's earlier announcement that he was canned. We find that very hard to believe.
Heller continues on to say:
"Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show … because if he didn't the family would be in a mortal accident … the victims of a trainwreck."
No, his family is victim to the Hollywood machine, that makes fathers like Jon, complete and utter bastards, who put their family through hell merely for attention.
Now, the change over to Kate Plus Eight means that all the terms of the original contract no longer apply, meaning Kate Gosselin would be in control of the production deal, not Jon. However, as Heller explains:
"a new program known as 'Kate Plus 8' would certainly require the acquiescence and consent not only of Kate Gosselin but Jon Gosselin, who is the father of the eight Gosselin children, which consent Jon has not given and if necessary, Jon is prepared to seek Court intervention to make sure his children's best interests are protected."
So no matter how you slice it, Jon is in to fight with all the fake courage his Ed Hardy shirts supply him with.
Don't get us wrong, we think the show most certainly should end, but the fact that Jon is so deplorable as to turn on the network like this when it is his own fault he lost his job with them is truly pathetic.
Or maybe in the end it all comes down to money. He's looking to squeeze whatever he can out of them!
The only comfort in all this is we know Kate isn't going to buy this crap. Whatever load he is pulling about rebuilding their family, she is never going to fall for it.

Jon is off the show, therefore no longer getting any attention. Kate's new show is supposed to focus on her being a single mother - not the kids. They will obviously be on it but I'm sure there will be alot more about her struggles and how she deals with the everyday.
Jon is also an idiot… I know everyone things kids shouldn't be on reality tv but there are MANY programs with children on TV. Also these kids have been giving really amazing experiences by being on the show. Jon is essentially pulling the plug on the family's finances. Considering he can't hold a job on his own he might want to rethink what he is doing - putting 8 kids through college isn't cheap. He's not thinking about the financial future of the family _ Kate is, and if that means playing the game and getting as much work out of the show as possible she is going to do it. Not for fame but for a better life for her children. I doubt that is Jon's motivation.

Anyone with half a brain knows and saw that he was trying to stop this show for some time now, and if you were at all awake, it would be very clear to you that the only reason TLC dropped him from the show was BECAUSE he was trying to stop it. They figured they could go around him by pandering to the fame-whore c@nt known as Kate, who's ONLY concern is furthering her own "career" at the expense of the family. WRONG TLC, he's still their father, and you can't keep the show on without his consent to line your own pockets, regardless of what you try to name your "new" show.

When I first started watching this show I truly believed that Kate was the problem…over the last year or so I have realized that it was Kate who is the monster. TLC always showed Jon in a good light while Kate was the villain, but I believe the reason she was so mean to him is because she had cause to be. I'm sure he has had other affairs and she probably knew and instead of showing pain and crying she got angry and took it out on him. He is a douche. If you watch the show without him around you see Kate more relaxed and happy. He deserves to be fired. In my opinion I think she is an excellent mother. The children even seem happier. I think Jon was the problem all along. I am a married woman and I know that if my husband had be cheating and doing the things that Jon is doing (and probably was doing during their marriage) I can understand her aggression. I am Team Kate! I am sorry I ever thought ill of her. Jon should not be able to do this to his family. If the kids want to do the show and Kate then they should be able to do the show. He needs to go away. It's not like he's acting like a father anyway. All he is doing is hurting his children, and by doing what he is doing he is putting his children in harm’s way yet again!!!!! She is a better woman than me, I would have strangled him by now. Someone needs to put him in his place. Putting 8 children through college is going to take a lot of money, I read that the average child cost a parent 500,000 dollars per child until they are 18 (not counting college) so if he screws his children out of an education just because he is mad, it’s his own fault that everyone sees him for what he is… disgraceful and pathetic. It's time now for Kate to stand up and in my opinion destroy him in court. So what he got fired…IT IS HIS OWN FAULT!!! Stop blaming others for your deeds and leave your now happy children with the parent that actually takes GOOD care of them and leave them with the parent they seem so happy with.
