maybe obammie can whip out another trillion $'s to save Government Motors. They are going down because their cars suck. they should have declared bankruptcy a year ago. the unions are running government and calling the shots that's like the mafia

Good riddance. American cars, especially GMs, are garbage. I will laugh as I continue to drive my immaculate Mazda and Hyundai.
If you haven't sat in a GM car lately … do! My friend bought a Saturn Vue and I DARE someone to believe a Toyota or Honda is built any better. It's a damn shame. No, I don't work for GM (nor do my friends), just a simple yet honest observation.
I knew some one who worked at a Saturn dealership about 3/4 years ago.. they shut it down then, left everyone jobless.. Surprised it took them this long to shut the entire branch down!!
I think Saturn was the only good American car being made. What a shame.
My first car that I financed myself was a Saturn. It was a total piece of crap so now I drive a Honda. Guess what, no probs whatsoever!
a lot of ppl in my church were affected by this and have now moved to oklahoma, smh.

Ive had two Saturns and Ive had no problems!! Great prices on both also. SAD
GM did not fail to get a buyer. They had one-Penske. Penske needed a partner, and had it all worked out. The Partnet then took it to the board of directors who backed out. The partner was supposed to be Renault-Nissan alliance . It is they who you must talk to. In all honesty, the demise of Saturn is probably a good thing for the market anyways. There are too many suvs, cars etc in that same class and the market is diluted.. GM is keeping the hybrid design and it will be issued as a Buick. so if you like your Saturn, watch for the same thing labeled as a Buick.
I'm sure after it has been shut down. penske will get it for free.
Awww, so sad.
