Oprah Winfrey is getting herself a bigger, better, and more powerful BFF to chill with. Well, c'mon, if your Oprah, you can't just hang out with ANYBODY!
First Lady Michelle Obama was seen enjoying some quality time with Big O in Copenhagen yesterday, where they attended the opening ceremony for the 121st International Olympic Committee Session.
They were all smiles then, but this morning, we're sure they leaned on each other for support after learning that Chicago was out of the running to host the next Summer Olympics.
At least you have each other!

Illinois needs billions of dollars to patch it's budget deficit. I live right across the river from Illinois and the governor is trying to lay off state workers in order to patch the deficit. The state has already used all of it's federal stimulus dollars towards the deficit and they still have a large hole. Illnois, and therefore Chicago, can NOT afford the Olympics right now. Maybe some other time.

On the Olympics -
Obama was pushing for the olympics in Chicago because he owes Valerie Jarrett a political favor. Jarrett is a slumlord who let her properties like Grove Parc Plaza get so bad that it now may be condemned. WHY? Because she has been pushing for the Olympics in Chicago for a while and is going to demolish her properties that she purposely let get so unlivable so she can get more $$ and have the Olympic village (which as already been promised to her) on her property. What did she do with the $$$ she was suppose to use to improve these unlivable properties and will she pocket this money too? One hand washes the other. Corruption and greed reigns in our government!
