David Letterman Apologizes To His Wife On-Air

Since he broke the news of his sex scandal with staffers on The Late Show, David Letterman took the opportunity to apologize to those he has hurt because of it, namely his wife.
Letterman taped his first show since the news broke last week on Monday and directly apologized to his wife, Regina Lesko, concluding with the true statement: "I have a lot of work to do."
Dave also went on to apologize to his colleagues, saying he didn't think about how his confession last week would affect his co-workers.
We're sure you could cut the tension with a knife on that set!
We wonder what his wife makes of all this and what's going to happen next — both for the show and for his marriage.

I never liked David and now after the news it just proves me right. Why should we be surprised that he was a dick all along? Why the world is shocked that Dave HAS NEVER had any respect for WOMEN puzzles me. He has mocked women forever. Women are to be used and made fun of. He had a relationship with his wife OVER 20 years before marrying her. Dave did not respect her enough to marry the mother of HIS child until after the child was over 5 years old. I am not shock at these multiple affairs with his employees.

He wasnt married to Regina at the tome but they were together, they had been dating since a long time ago so this is a slap in the face for Regina. I have worked at some of the largest Hi Tech companies in the world and this is prominent everywhere. People develop feelings for each other, especially when spending so much time together workingon projects. If it both adult parties consented, and there was no promotions, firing, or change to her job status and how she felt about the job, than I think its up to those two adults.
Dave is a celebrity. Just because he's an older man, young girls go after older men, celebrities, or anyone for money and fame. Its ridiculus. Dave should have been more careful, but it doesn't apprear that any of the woman are disgruntled which means he must of treated them respectfully and they returned to working cordially. Its likely why he never married after being with someone 20+ years.
