Merv Griffin's Trustees Threaten To Cut Off $son!

Yikes! This sounds messy.
Back in August Tony Griffin wanted to sue the trustees of father Merv Griffin's assets because he felt they were mismanaging the trust by "engaging in speculative ventures."
The trustees aren't having any of that and are now retaliating by filing papers of their own saying that Tony is violating the "no contest clause" of the trust.
Basically what that means is if Tony continues to try and remove the trustees from their position, they'll revoke his $2 million a year allowance!
Not sure if we would gamble with that kind of cash!

If they are engaging in speculative investing they could end up blowing a lot of the money.
