Nicole Richie, accompanied by an unknown male passenger, was rear-ended in her car Monday in Beverly Hills by a vehicle driven by a paparazzo!
Shady!
Luckily her kids were not in the car!
Although Nicole is said to be in pain, she's declining going to the E.R. and opting for her own doctors instead.
Not surprisingly, the paparazzo in question is an unlicensed driver and his car is being impounded.

Thank god her kids were not with her at the time of the accident. Its no wonder celebrities protect their young with these idiots following them all the freaking time. Hope she's okay though.
