If this is true (and we're pretty sure it is) Jon Go$$elin's lawyer is as big of an idiot as his client because he could have been the mastermind behind Jon's draining of the Gosselin's joint bank account.
Kate's lawyer, Marty Singer, claims Mark Heller has told another client in divorce to "withdraw everything that's in the bank" to pay the lawyer's fees.
Sounds like you got a great lawyer there, Jon.
Singer also wrote off a scathing letter to Heller saying the New York Supreme Court:
"addressed charges that you violate 'thirty-eight counts alleging multiple violations of the disciplinary rules,' and charges that you 'had engaged in a pattern of misconduct involving misrepresentations, deceit, abusive treatment of clients, fee gouging, neglect and willful failure to return unearned retainers to his clients' in matters which involved your 'mishandling of the matters of twelve separate clients.'" The letter goes on to claim Heller admitted to engaging in "professional misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation."
Dayummm!
On top of that Singer also says the two are both hypocrites after appearing on Larry King Live and saying family values were important and not money.
Riiight.
We can't wait to see what Team Douchebag Jon says about this in court today!

Oh please, Perez. Kate was just on the Today Show saying the reason she wants to continue the show is because "it's her main income". I think she's starting to believe that line she keeps repeating… "I do everything for the kids and the show doesn't harm them"! DELUSIONAL! At least Jon wants to stop TLC from filming - who cares what his motives are - get the friggen show off the air and leave the kids alone.

Please!…..Kate Gosslin, in her usual obsessive way of having to control everything, went on Today and cried a river yet again. All those books, appearances, spa days, and you can't pay your bills? Give me a break! Maybe you'll have to use your own money. Or if you are that strapped for money, then downsize like many Americans have already done! These people are delusional and need to take their personal matters out of the media. During a normal divorce kids get hurt. To think her kids won't be affected is idiotic. Get the show off the air! As stupid as Jon is, who cares? He's doing the right thing. Kate is fooling herself thinking a 5 year old can determine if they still want to do the show…..it's all they've ever known!! How would they know if they would like not being on the show better?!
I wonder what these children's lives would be like if there was never a show to begin with. Kate has said that after the 6 were born they didn't have enough to pay the bills. I think the show has given them the ability to live comfortably and do things they could have only dreamed of, but at a huge cost. It is hard to go back on that now. To risk losing it all would be a fear of many people, so I can see why Kate is concerned and wants to continue. It is just a sad situation all around.
Because she is obvious the better parent in every way…Team Kate!
