Injured Tom DeLay Leaving Dancing With The Stars

And the DWTS curse strikes again!
Former Republican congressman Tom DeLay is expected to announce on tonight's results show that he must leave the competition due to his foot injuries.
He has stress fractures in both of his feet and despite his doctor's warning, he performed the samba with partner Cheryl Burke last night. DeLay said of his foot issues as his DWTS training began:
"They put me in Latin shoes with high heels, and my toes almost fell off the first week. So I went to a podiatrist, and I got a little problem with my feet. A cortisone shot cured me up."
Yet not quite cured enough.
Too bad, Tom, but you put up a decent fight!

Mrs Crabby watches that show and twice she called me in to watch this guy and asked if I thought he seemed gay. I think he's a total closet flamer. Mario, too bad he's older than 15 or he could be your new squeeze.
That's too bad, but he did look like he was in a lot of pain. I liked him dancing with Cheryl. He brought that older gentleman thing to the show.
I Don't watch the show but now he can go back to tending his legal troubles and his misstatements about President Obama's nation of origin. He is indeed the hammer,,,,a tool through and through.

I feel for Tom… wait…..NOT! The only place where he deserves to be is under a rock, with all of his fellow critters. He finally resigned, due to ethics violations while he was a congressman. I never thought much of him before this show, but I actually thjought he was a pretty nice guy on the show.
I like that he tried.
Maybe DWTS can replace him with one of the Keating 5.
I remember some years ago having a suit that the only shoe I could find to match the color and style of the time was this type of boot. Terribly uncomfortable but the alternative was having something made up or dyed to match and these were to perfect. Fortunately pants went from flared to straight leg the next season. I gave them to a person I had no love for who really liked them and wanted them because he knew how expensive they were. I let him suffer wearing them.
