Kate Orders Jon To Sell His Fancy Cars!
Kate Gosselin filed papers yesterday in response to Jon Gosselin draining the family bank account.
In the just-unearthed documents, Kate not only orders that the $230,000 is returned to the account within 24 hours, but also that Jon sell his TWO luxury cars — a BMW and a Mercedes.
You know, appropriate cars for carting around 8 kids!
Kate also stipulates that Jon reveals how much he is paying his shady lawyer, Mark Heller, considering it was under his advice apparently that he drained the account in the first place as well as footing the bill her legal fees of $5,000!
Kate explains in the document that she is:
"Unable to pay any bills or expenses for her or the parties eight children, including the real estate taxes, individual taxes, quarterly taxes, tuition for the children, clothing for the children and repairs to the homes. Husband's conduct is knowing, willful, malicious, in bad faith and outrageous."
We couldn't have said it better ourselves!

Personally I am sick and tired to death of hearing every little detail about their divorce on a daily basis. The reporting of it needs to stop as well as all the name calling in the airing of said stories. Remember there are children here and its obvious that neither parent is keeping that in check. I'm not buying either of their stories as I think BOTH of them have issues with working things out reasonably. Seems to me that both of them have made a godawful amount of money by whoring their family out across america. Whether its tv, books, publicity tours and all…..I feel for the kids the most. The point of my argument is that she has so far picked on Jon for going out to a restaurant, for buying clothes, now for his cars, meanwhile she has spent a fortune, remodling her kitchen, getting plastic surgery, taking trips etc… and don't boo hoo to me about her carrying 6 kids.
