Toni Braxton Sued By Her Bank!

Toni Braxton can't seem to catch a break when it comes to money.
On top of Lloyds of London looking for damages, City National Bank is suing the diva for breach of contract.
According to court docs, in 2007 Braxton "made, executed and delivered to a CNB Promissory Note for $900,000."
Basically she promised to pay back the $900K and obviously hasn't after falling behind on payments in April of this year.
So how much does she owe?
City National Bank is seeking $657,567.54 and interest that's over $44K.
Dayummm!
Maybe she'll be singing Unbreak My Heart a few more times after all.

…unfortunately for Toni, the only 'interest' being shown is what the bank wants to collect.
she should be shot for that dress.
TUBBY, how about you lending her some ca$h. Oh wait your broke ass cant hire a good stylist !
Re: LizardKinG – …perhaps the shotgun could be used for an entire day?
Re: karencarpenter – loading it as we speak.
Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy once in the past.
"She can't catch a break?" It looks to me like she caught lots of breaks. Now it's way past time to pay those 'breaks' back. Go touring, young woman.
why did she borrow the money if she couldnt pay it back?
Although I am a fan of Toni, I do not have much sympathy for entertainers when they make all these crazy money and spend it living the good life. Guess where that money comes from? The fans, we pay for their house and nice dresses. Has anyone scene the un-employment rate? Those that have lost their homes and are living day to day, now that I can sympathize with.
