Jon Puts Kate On Blast Again! Says Kids Don't Care About Divorce!
Jon Gosselin just keeps fishing for ways to make his estranged wife, Kate Gosselin, look as bad as he does. The problem is that even though she is a bitch, the woman still has enough class and smarts to not only handle herself better in the media, but also prove to be a more attentive parent.
Bottom line, that's the most important thing, how you treat your kids. Far as we can see, you haven't even been there to see them in the last 2 weeks!
Regardless, Jon is attempting to smear Kate's image some more by suggesting that Kate confused the kids into being upset that the show was put on hold. He insists that he doubts his kids were "wailing and sobbing", as Kate suggested, when they got the news the show may be over.
His reasoning: they weren't that upset when they learned their parents were getting a divorce!
He says: "…when we told them we were going to get divorced, the 5-year old said, 'What's for lunch?' The only two people who really cared were [9-year-old twins] Mady and Cara. Cara broke down and Mady said, 'Oh, I saw this coming.'"
What five-year-old understands what getting divorced means?! Give them another year or two, filled with neglect and constantly being shuffled around. Then, they will show some concern.

Well, Jon believes that Kate manipulated the kids into reacting badly to the news of the show being temporarily placed on hiatus. He explains that she probably told them: "Oh, daddy's put a halt on filming. Your friends are going to go away…She probably worded it in a way that's a violation to them, or their sense of security."
Well, maybe if you had been at the house yourself to explain the situation to them, it wouldn't have been like that.
But, oh wait, your endless guest appearances on trashy TV talks shows take priority, right? Right?!

Wow… people that post on this are AWFUL! I agree with you Perez, Jon is being a huge dick. There is no way the 5 year olds understood what divorce meant, of course they didn't care, and just because Mady "saw it coming" doesn't mean she doesn't care.
You can spin him however you like. They are BOTH terrible, she was born that way, and her abuse of him made him what he is. I totally believe she lies to those kids about him every day.

If a nine year old says "I saw this coming" there's a problem. Perhaps these two people should have paid more attention to their marriage and their children than to their "reality" show. How disgusting. I feel very sad for those children. I hope the parents will put a lot of money away for their future therapy visits.
kate explained on the today show why they were crying. their trip that day for filming was cancelled, a filming at the statue of liberty-no show, no special treatment. The kids probably like the crew too and see them as 'friends' having seen some of them for the last 3 years. they have been a constant in these kids life and while this is a show, the one constant has been taken away from them. They do go to school like other children and hell, they behave better then my kids did at that age, except maybe for Maddy who has a major attitude. Maybe jon can get custody of her and continue to get the dick whipping he so deserves. I love that his girlfriend was making fun of tlc. does she not realize that he is living the life he is because of tlc and would be on food stamps and in a tiny tiny house because he makes like $20 an hour, when he is not fired? of course not, she is an idiot 20 yo. that is supported by dada. The kids are upset because no show = no trust funds = no college. There's no way Jon will ever make enough money to send 8 kids to the school of their choice. Responsible parenting means keeping the show going as long as they can and setting aside the money for the kids' futures. Two people supporting eight is tough. And outside of their fame, Kate and Jon do not have the highest career propects.

She might not see them in the morning, but she will probably get an appearance fee. she did say that was her only LIQUID money. appearing on the TODAY show, they say they only pay for pictures, but if it is some money, that is probably why instead of cashing in CDs or money market accounts, etc. EVEN IF SHE was going to LA, she can do most of it when they are in school.
