LOGO, the gay network, is casting for their new series Kept, in the same vein of The Real Housewives series, but Kept will focus on the "A-List gay social life in NYC."

Loves it!

They're looking for men in their 20s and 30s who are coupled up with, dating or going after "extremely, established successful men." They're particularly interested in couples where one stays home while the other makes the money. LOGO elaborates:

"No matter HOW you term your coupling/relationship – we want to hear from you! POWER COUPLES are also welcome! BOTH guys in the relationship must be willing to appear on the show! We are looking for SUPERSIZED PERSONALITIES and SUPER-FAB EXCITING LIFESTYLES. We want Drama, drama, drama!

You must have A LOT going on — hot careers, take fabulous vacations, have second homes, do the Hamptons, Fire Island Pines or Bucks County or Asbury Park and know the IN social scene in NYC.

Maybe you are fresh out of a relationship and you are in search of someone more established or successful.

You are WELL CONNECTED – and there is no doubt that you are part of the “in” gay crowd of NYC. We are looking to infiltrate a circle of friends who fits this criteria.

Open to guys making families or who have children already.

Must live in the greater Manhattan area – or VERY close to the city."

To submit for the show be sure to send the following to casting director Jimmy Floyd at KEPTNYC@gmail.com:

1. Multiple photos of yourself AND your significant other with names, ages, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
2. Mention what you do for a living (or are pursuing)/what your significant other does for a living.
3. Photos of where you live including any second homes.
4. Why are you and your lifestyle so fabulous and what's the BIGGEST drama in your life.
5. It's also very important to mention any friends to consider featuring in the show as well!

Interviews for selected candidates will be held in the Gramercy Park area.

The show sounds fierce! We loves us some gay power couples!

Hey LOGO, let us know when you bring the show to El Lay!

First off Perez, you stupid ass, why a picture of David Furnish? He's Elton's husband and was his partner for years before that. His love for Elton truly saved Elton's life and made him the real man he is today. David Furnish takes no crap, and is and has always been his own person. You couldn't find a picture of some worthless gay gigilo, perhaps someone like yourself who will kiss ass with anyone to further themselves?
      ““
I also have to do that hand flip thing and say **whatever** to yet another mindless m-f-ing boring reality show. What happened to writers? Has America dumbed down that much that no one can come up with a decent story or screenplay and so simply follows people around with cameras making up scenarios? Sad.

One stays at home while the other earns the money…hmmmm, guess that would have left out Jason Preston and Marc Jacobs….you know, Jason was out making that Whore/Dealer money.

      WTF!!!!Hometards!!!lol

    11. 11

      Destined to fail.

Why do you cheer this on, Mario? This is just the same old rubbish.

This is a blueprint for a show that will not explore the complexities of class, race and culture. This is a recipe for yet another show about privileged whites flaunting their money.

Did you grow up speaking Spanish? You were overfed (not uncommon for Cuban children) and had a cultural community. This show will likely feature American whites and Europeans, and token white Australians (or maybe South African whites?) with dollars to burn. There's never any attempt to include poor or working class people, just the rich. They are omnipresent, and oh, so impressed with themselves.

I could do without this. Shame on LOGO, and shame on you, for promoting the same-old, same-old.

Re: ihypes – Actually gay is preferred over homosexual as the later is/was associated with a time when homosexuality was a clinical psychological diagnosis. That is no longer the case. The entire community is best defined as The GLBT (and Q is often added as well for those who identify as Queer). Just sayin'

    15. 15

ewww gays pieces of shit,go get some AIDS!! ")

    16. 16

I prefer the word Homosexual personally, given these times - to call myself gay would not feel right. And the Q stands for Questioning honey… Q standing for "queer" would be redundant. And the shod should film on the West Coast, but in San Francisco, LA is so gauche.
