Nasty Divorce!

It's been over 8 months since 90's supermodel Stephanie Seymour announced she would be divorcing her husband, White Birch Paper Co. owner Peter Brant, but like any good celebrity divorce, things have to get really nasty and dirty before it can be final.
Peter is coming out with a lot of wild allegations towards his wife. During the negotiations, Peter alleged that Stephanie has spent somewhere near $257,000 a month just on herself, including $50,000 on new clothes alone. Obviously, he's hoping that won't be factored in on the alimony checks!
Peter has also complained that Stephanie has been stalling on getting drug and alcohol tests, which were ordered as part of their child custody dispute. A fair request to make, considering their youngest is barely 4, but Stephanie has yet to comply, which seems a little sketchy.
But the biggest complaint Peter has against Stephanie is her new hobby of pilfering and destroying some of Peter's most prized possessions. Supposedly, Stephanis has been caught stealing some rather pricey art pieces from their Connecticut mansion, even going to such great lengths as to cut a hole in their fence to pass items out. If she isn't looking to keep something, she simply smashes it out of spite!

We wonder if she is still living in the maid's quarters! That would leave us a little bitter as well! Not crazy like this, but bitter for sure.

Rich older men who marry high profile models aren't usually marrying because they admire the woman's character, not to imply in any way that his tales regarding Seymour are fact rather than legal positioning. You get what you sign up for, and should protect yourself accordingly. That goes both ways, as models who bag rich older men aren't necessarily marrying for character either, and can be summarily outmaneuvered by these astute businessmen.
Actually, he wasn't old when he married her….AND he was quite decent looking though she was still much younger than him. But look at her now! LOL. She looks rough (probably drugs).
The real lesson to learn here is that this is what happens when you have a marriage between TWO lying cheating scum. These two are horrible humans….much much much worse than the Gosselins. They both deserve what they are getting. No sympathy here…just entertainment!! LOL.
Divorce is one ugly business, remind me why we are fighting for gays to have the ability to marry when our divorce rate is at least going to be 50%, like straight couples. Just kidding I will now tow the line. Equality for all !
i am friends w/ the Brant family and Stephanie is quite possibly the sweetest person ever, not to mention a wonderful daughter. I'm friends with her son Peter Brant II and know that the kids adore her, miss her being around the house. The nasty rumors are not a result of her own actions, but her husband.
I don't believe Stephanie Seymour would smash any piece of art out of spite. She's supported the arts for years. I think, if she is attempting to move the pieces out of that house, it is in order to preserve them. I don't know her personally, but I've seen interviews where she speaks with great reverence about art. I see her as a responsible curator. She's doing what she needs to do to protect the legacy from people who may not appreciate the weight of this responsibility.

He was handsome when they wed. She was hot. A Victoria's Secret's Model. He is uber rich. Let's see she has had Warren Beatty and Axel Rose as boyfriends. Girl has high taste. Only bummer Axel beat the crap out that girl.
She kept the 250,000 ring he gave her and it is said she gave it to charity.

i went to camp with peter junior and harry, their kids, and met stephanie…she is a total sweetheat and totally deserves custody. i also know the children are closer with her. and regarding axl rose, he did some awful things to stephanie, according to her kids… i hope this works out. team steph!

I know Stephanie and she is the kindest person, best mother and a class act. Her husband, is an ugly, pretentious snob that is obviously humiliated that she is divorcing him and moving on to better things and people. His ego will not let him give her half and dump him without him getting his revenge. He obviously does not care about the kids or he would not be planting all of these crazy allegations in the NYPost and other publications. It will all come out in the end… He will probably wind up in jail again for perjury if I had to make a prediction because he is a sore loser, has lied under oath previously and has a prior prison record.
